ALDI — Local services in Montgomery

10/28/20 Wedding afternoon visit. PROS: Well stocked with variety of food, personal items, home goods, holiday/seasonal items, meats/cheeses, & even dog/cat supplies. Prices seemed cheaper. Neat, clean & well displayed. No fancy displays or frills. Stock guys were very friendly, polite as that pushed their large stock carts around us. Didn't see any employees slacking on the job. Would definitely recommend this store to others. Personally I'd shop here more often if its location was closer to my house.

First time experience was good until I got to check out . Came in and found everything I wanted , but cashier Amaya was so rude. She did not speak and was having a full blown conversation with another associate. I had a few questions but never got to ask them. Wanted to purchase two Aldi bags that clearly say .25 but she told me they were .69. Still purchased so I could bag my items and was rudely given receipt and she moved quickly onto checking out next guest. I did bring my 1 year old with me and thoroughly sanitized cart down before entering the store so I wanted to keep my cart and also not knowing the process at checkout where you leave the cart and grab the one they place your items in. As I’m grabbing my items to put them in my bags, she rudely say I need to leave my cart and grab the other cart as she keep eyeing the other associate like I’m just getting on her nerves or like I was suppose to just know that . I love this store and I couldn't afford to do without the savings I find here. You can not find more affordable prices on certain items such as bread products, canned goods and snack items such as chips, cookies, crackers. They also have things that you won't find anywhere else around here. The only issue I have is I always forget to bring my bags with me. This is totally my fault and I have to buy more bags because of my forgetfulness. By now I probably have 50 bags! I also like the cart policy. You will need a quarter to "rent" a cart for your visit. I always check the parking lot to see if anyone didn't take their cart back. On one lucky visit, I not only saved a lot of money on my food, I also made 50 cents because 2 people had left their cart in the parking lot so I immediately returned one and got that quarter, I used the other one and after shopping I returned that cart for the...
