I give two stars only for the employees; everyone who works here(that I have encountered) is very polite and friendly. However, having been to this location several times spread out over the past 2 years, I will likely go out of my way to go to a different location.
Almost every time I place a mobile order here, I have to wait an unreasonable length of time before actually receiving my order. I place my order 5-7 minutes before arriving, and it's still not ready when I get to the drive-through. Three weeks ago when I used this location, I advised I had a mobile order, and had to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES in the drive through before they finally "found" my order. Since I had already paid I couldn't just leave, and there was a vehicle behind me; plus the way this drive-through is made, you can't really back out.
Another issue with this store is, my order is usually wrong. I don't realize it's wrong until I've left, and by that point I'm on my way to my appointment and can't just turn around and have it re-made. I'm pretty understanding, and won't make a fuss about it if it's a minor or one-time error, but it's almost every time. Today though, I was handed a beverage that was supposed to be extra-hot, in a hot cup, that felt like it had just been pulled out of a refrigerator. The window employee was very nice, apologized, and made it right, but whoever was making the drinks didn't realize that a hot drink is supposed to be...hot?
This location needs some significant technical and procedural training. I've never had an issue here with customer service, but the basics of Starbucks' menu don't seem to be known here. With extensive training, I believe they can turn this location around, but unfortunately I...
Read moreToday I had the worst experience ever with this Starbucks. I literally go to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week in the MORNING because I live right around the street. The website says they open @5:30 and I’ve come plenty of times right at 5:30 and my order would be taken with no problem. This morning I pulled to the drive thru @5:38 to order. No one ever came to take my order so I pulled around. When I pulled around there was a girl making coffee so I TRIED to get her attention. I beeped my horn , waved my hands and she still act like she didn’t see me. We’ll finally another girl with blonde hair came to the window WITH IT CLSOED and said we don’t open until 5:45 ! The website CLEARLY says 5:30. My point is ,it was a better way both of those girls could’ve handled the situation. Like for starters opening the window and APOLOGIZING to your customers about the delay of open time instead of ignoring them. I also don’t appreciate her having an attitude and talking through a closed window. When I told her I couldn’t hear her well, she didn’t care. With that being said she lied about the location opening time , which is giving false information. Also on top of that when I pulled around they were making there selves coffee. It’s very unprofessional of...
Read moreTook 40 mins to get my coffee many ppl were served via mobile order, drive thru, and walk in. We ordered our coffee 20 mins before arrival. Arrived no coffee, we asked and was told they are making it, waited another 15 mins and no coffee. The person proceeds to ask us to show our order as they’d lost the sticker showing what was ordered. My son goes back to the car to get his phone and show the order - waited another 5-10 mins for them to make it. Got in my car tasted my coffee and it tasted like watered down chocolate and no peppermint was added. None. This was a waste of 40-50 mins of my time after ordering early and expecting it to be ready with 20 mins given to prepare. This service was unacceptable - someone working in the back - appeared to be a manager came out several times not dressed in an uniform or properly managerial attire and did not reach out to or try to assist anyone. I have never ever had this type of experience in Starbucks - I can understand busy hours and the flustering of it but to hand me a coffee that wasn’t what I asked for or expected after such a long wait was...
