If you buy furniture from Ashley furniture store do not do not do not do not get it Finance. The financial charge is a good advertisement to suck you in to the point that you are not allowed to get access to your account account being locked out due to unknown reasons be asking to send information about your account a payment date by in email and mailing request but this have not been met by the financial services. Yes, the furniture is nice and pretty is it’s pretty but if you get it finance just be ready for the rumble or the rounds you have to access the account. Due to their services is badly neglected. Hitting your credit up, saying that you are late when you have not received one info or you can’t get access to the account. This my third time finance furniture. Ashley Furniture customer n financial services is very terrible I will give them billions negative stars for the services I been getting from them.. I should had stay with Rooms to go before Ashley Furniture… Run away from this store or there finances they used… I want to give this furniture back they are affected my credit saying I’m late due to their service keep changing or locking me out from making a payment. They security system may have been breaches or not informing the customer about anything. I don’t care about the money I pay into it you just keep it.. this is a headache for a system isn’t allowing me to get access to my account. Going into 3 months of issues with account.. not on my end but the financial services. Don’t understand how I’m lost every time when it come down to make a payment.. Ashley Furniture Store will mess you up for life.. Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad...
