Legacy at Festival — Local services in Montgomery

I moved in October 2014. It was great! Friendly staff, good maintenance guys, spacious apartment, safe area with good security, and reasonable prices. NOW, it's horrible. Ever since legacy took over it's gone down the drain. I recently moved out in March 2018 for multiple reasons. Staff is rude & unprofessional & NEVER in the office. When I asked for corporates number, they said they're not allowed to give that information out. I asked several times for them to repair things in my apartment INCLUDING MOLD in my child's room, and they never did anything about it. I waited over 2 weeks for them to replace my air filter & when I went to the office, they handed me the filter & told me to replace it. They only do patch jobs IF they do "fix" anything. The rent is constantly going up & yet nothing is being renovated. After 3 years, I asked for carpet replacement or at least a complimentary professional cleaning & they said "sure" but of course it never happened. My lease was up in March & I was considering renewing for another year, but things were going from bad to worse so rapidly, that I decided to leave at the end of my lease. I informed the office in January, 2 months before my lease ended, & she told me I didn't need to give a written notice or anything (since my lease was ending) as long as I vacated premises by the end of my lease. Now, they're charging me over $3,000 claiming I didn't give written notice & of course, the office personnel is clueless as to the conversation that took place in January. Staying here was okay. They entered my apartment multiple times without me knowing ahead of time they were coming by let alone coming in. The overall maintenance request were taken care of in a timely manner after calling the maintenance man directly versus going through the office because the communication for some reason was terrible all around coming from the office. The management/Office communicates nothing to you they only would communicate to you if rent was due other than that it is hard to get ahold of them, I would recommend moving here but just know you are agreeing to have your apartment walked in without proper knowledge. They literally invaded privacy when they enter your apartment because at times I was not dressed and they would just enter. And they treated you rather rude and could get very disrespectful. I Loved the apartment just wish they operated...

They don’t clean pool or chlorinate it regularly. They take out trash dumpster only once a month and rest of the month its smell everywhere once you step out of your apartment. No pest control, even they charge for it every month. Roads are bumpy with pot holes, which they don’t care to repair. I had to get my tyre fixed twice last month due to leak. Waiting for my lease to finish, i will be moving out as soon as possible. You can have good apartment complex with better management and good location with the same price they are offering...
