Today, Friday, January 7, 2022, my Son went into Mens Wearhouse because I wanted to buy him some really nice clothes for him to wear this weekend to his coaches convention.
Plus,I saw the sales that they had and I knew my son would find what he wanted there, and the reviews were really good as well. However, he told me that he found some really good deals but customer service was little too be desire. I asked him why, even though he purchased close to $400.00 worth of clothes instead of leaving. He stated that he really wanted the deal on the clothes, and that he could deal with the so called customer service he received.
But, I explain to him that I understand. However, they are supposed to treat you like he was a very important customer and valued as such. Iām really disappointed to have my son treated with such disrespect. I canāt believe that a well known Brand like Mens Warehouse Clothing Store would employ such rude and unprofessional staff to service their customers.
I asked him to tell me what else was going on in the store? Her stated that he wanted to purchase more items but they were hinting for him to hurry and leave. Because, they were getting ready to close. I couldnāt believe that they rushed him out the store.
Therefore, Iām not going to let this treatment of my son go and that is why Iām posting this review. Because hopefully the more people complain when they receive such treatment they will retrain, let personnel go, or close the store until they learn how to treat their customers.
The only reason I gave it 2 stars āļø instead of one is because my son liked the clothes. But, I give customer service -0. I personally would have left the clothes and walked out the store. I donāt appreciate being discriminated against. I pray that this will never happen again to anyone. But, I will not be purchasing anything from this...

Unfortunately due to time restraints I was forced to do business with them because they could get my suit āfastest.ā Had it tailored with them. Supposed to be ready 1/14 @ 4pm. Called ahead on 1/15 to verify it was ready for pickup. Man named Will told me it was. I go in today and the salesperson (who again never introduced himself and wasnāt wearing a name tag) argued with me saying my suit was not ready. I had to demand that he go back to the back and check. Low and behold he finds the suit ādone.ā Absolutely filthy. Covered in lint, fuzz, string, and dust. He slings it off the hanger tossed it to me and ask if Iām trying it on. He then leaves me standing there holding this filthy suit. Thank God it was actually tailored correctly. I went up to him and asked him to clean it and bag it for me. He acted as if this was uncommon to hand a client a clean suit. As if all their tailored suits are sent out filthy. Extremely unprofessional. I told a wedding party who were walking in to turn back and try somewhere ANYWHERE else. This business is a joke and is run by buffoons. Good luck to whoever dares do business with Mens Warehouse...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrendous service. When I went to get fitted for a tuxedo for a wedding, the gentleman who fitted me had only been there for a day. While he was nice enough, he had no idea what he was doing and attempted to fit me into a size 44 pants when I wear a 32. The other employee on staff saw that he was struggling but made no attempt to help. When I came back to pick up the suit, the jacket was embarrassingly large and the sleeves hung well past my fingers. I was told that due to the date of my event, there would be no time to replace the coat and that I would have to "deal with it." I also told them I would not be able to return it the customary day after and that it would be a day late due to the fact that I was traveling, and they said they would put a note in for me. When I returned the suit today after my event, I was told it was late. I informed them of the note that was supposed to have been left and that the tux did not fit. He said there was no such note and said "there was a store close enough for you to return it on time" but he would wave the late fee for my issues. He was confrontational and the rest of the staff was very unprofessional. I was embarrassed at my event, and furious at drop off. Will never...
