These 3 stars are not because we recently ordered and had decent/ subpar/ horrible service. Yes, we have ordered from this location and have experienced the absolute most issues in comparison to all other Pizza Hut (PH) locations that we have ordered from. However, the manager (I assume she is still there) has always done her best to correct the wrongs. Unfortunately, this time, this issue is about the lack of assistance from Pizza Hut Customer Service (CS). After learning this location was closed, at 4:00pm on a Sunday, we decided to call CS for assistance……well that was the biggest waste of time. All they wanted to was escalate a complaint on my behalf and as generous as many may think that is, it does NOT help when a customer is looking to place an order right now. All we needed to know was what do we do in this case. Their only answer was to order from another PH, which would have been an excellent answer had we not already considered that option and shared at the top of the call that this location was the ONLY location that delivers to our area. With the many issues that this location has had, one would think that Pizza Hut would find a way to service customers by closing this location and re-zoning deliveries.
Anyway, we ended up ordering from Papa John’s, I highly recommend. Again, this is no fault to the location directly because they do not control the area that they service. Three stars have been awarded in hopes that they, this location, will bring this issue to...
Read moreCalled to order and was told to “hold for just one second” after five minutes I called back, I assumed they just forgot me but they recognized my voice and started going into a story about how they picked up right when I hung up, placed my order and went to the store and the lady on the register was talking to someone about a coupon for a long time, none of the staff acknowledged me, I stood waiting while the six employees behind the register attended to this singular woman or did other aimless tasks, coupon lady leaves and the woman on the register wordlessly throws my order on the counter and just picks up the phone and starts taking another order, I had been waiting around ten minutes and nobody had said a word to me, I ordered a large order of breadsticks and the box on the counter that was open (seriously) for some reason was both rapidly cooling and clearly a small order. I guess I’ve had worse experiences but I’ve never felt more unwelcome or felt like a staff was more apathetic, I just left, I’ve never done that before but I was just done.
The place is dirty and run down, don’t go here, seriously, I work in kitchens and if you can’t fake cleanliness and decent customer service in the front then I cringe to think how things are being operated where the public can’t see. Read moreI ordered my 2 pizzas at 5:36 and didn't receive them until after 7:00. I live about 10 minutes away from the store I ordered from. I tried calling the store 5 times and couldn't get an answer. The call center kept trying to put me through to the store and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to check on the order. I tried to cancel the order because it was taking so long but I couldn't do that. Someone finally came and first brought the wrong pizzas to us. We waited for him to go back to his car and get our pizzas. Much to our surprise, when we brought them inside, it was not our order. I called again and FINALLY got through to the store and told them I got the wrong order. The person I spoke to said I'd have to wait on the driver to come back and get them then he would deliver our correct order. I asked if we could get any kind of refund because it was wrong and would take another hour and a half to get the correct order and he said not without the driver coming back and he could only give me store credit. I was so frustrated I just hung up the phone. The pizzas were cold, and not what we ordered and we still paid full price plus a tip. Why would I want store credit for a store that does...
