Auful!! If it wasn’t for your employee at your AT&T store in Monticello AR I would not be a customer like I’ve been for 25 years. I was paying my bill at your machine in your store.The first time it said it didn’t go thru so I ran it again. The second time it took it and gave me a receipt. I work at a bank and it went thru my account twice. I went to the store the next day to try and get this cleared up. The rep was on the phone with 5 different people for 1 1:2 hours. One person we talked to said they don’t see it at all. One person was so rude the rep could her them yelling at me from across the table. One said file a dispute at my bank. I work at that bank and do disputes. Disputes cost the bank money plus a lot of paperwork and employee’s time. I think you need to have training with employees that work in customer service. But please let the manager at the AT&T store in Monticello AR know that their employee went beyond the...

I left After an hour and a half with a phone that had been assigned not only a number that belong to someone else, but the number 870-666-**. Not cool. When I asked for a new number, I was told it would cost 35.00 to be assigned a new one. AND, my phone was never activated. I ended up, several frustrating hours later, in my hometown store. With only curbside service, in 15 minutes, I had a new number and a phone that worked. I DO NOT feel that this was the customer service reps fault.
