Would never give such a low rating. But as a parent fresh in the middle of a divorce and having three kids I don’t get to enjoy all the things that I use to do with my kids whenever I want. Someone gave me a link to take your kids bowling for free so I wasn’t gonna pass it up on my only day off that week. So I take the kids up there, the place looks dead like it always does, maybe 6 cars there and NO signs saying anything about not being able to bowl. So we go inside and I tell the lady we have a free bowling voucher. She walks off and comes back with a man and tells me we can’t bowl today because it’s bowling league night and gives a bunch of other excuses and tell us when we can come back. My friends and I paid $60 for an hour. We got about 30 minutes into the game and our lanes had messed up at least 5 times. We were understanding the first couple of times it messed up but by the 5th or 6th time we’re frustrated. At this point we want our money back because we’re not having a good time and we haven’t played the whole hour that we paid for. They were very unprofessional about the situation. Timberlodge lanes (located in Monticello,AR) is by far the best bowling alley I’ve been to in years. We had so much fun going here. We got to bowl, there’s an arcade for kids to play, a pool table for adults and also a concession stand so you can order food and drinks while having fun.
