They are rude and racists. After the first rude incident where they tried to keep my fresh bottle of opi claiming it was theirs(which I had brought from sallys as I always do before I go get my nails done) I vowed I would never go back, but fancy nails was swamped and I really needed my nails done, 4 broken nails(which had been done by them). I was told that the wait would be 30 minutes for the girl I requested to do my nails. Not only was I there waiting for an hour but the girl also did the eyebrows and lashes of 3 other women who came 30 minutes after me. But still I waited patiently. When it was finally time to get my nails done after waiting 1hr15 mins, the girl sat down and I stayed to her that it would be cheaper if they just charge me the full set price. I guess this upset her becsuse she got up and walked away. One lady who had been waiting just as long as I had saw this and got up and left.After about 15 more mins of waiting I started searching for the girl only to find that she had just left me sitting there and started on another womans pedicure who was being tended to by other staff since they were having a pedi party. The nails always look good! However they will file down your natural nails so that there is a visible red line and will tear up your cuticles so that it hurts. You’re never actually sure if they understand what you want but they always make my nails look decent if I’m in town, just keep it basic.
