Package returned to sender due to invalid address. Text kt supply for a refund and was told that they would not refund me until they received and inspected the package they sent. Over a month had passed and I contacted them several times in which the rude customer service agent told me it is not their fault and it's solely on the customer for the address situation nor is it their fault if usps didn't get me the package. Only for me to finally get in contact with my local post office and they provided me with information showing that kt supply didn't print out my full address so that is why the package could not be delivered. Contacted kt supply today sending them a screenshot showing how I entered my address and letting them know it was their fault because of how they printed the label. No apology from them at all instead I get told that my address had too many characters for their label so part of my address was cut off. I stated weeks ago that I'd entered the right address and kt supply had the same information that I had and could have easily seen that they made a mistake but instead just wanted to be nasty and blame everything on me to avoid returning my money. Which is sad because I have been doing business with them for several years. And for them to not care about my issue or try to help me resolve anything is terrible. They never ever ever have to worry about me spending a dime with them ever again. Disgusting.
UPDATE TO REPLY. I DID PUT THE RIGHT ADDRESS. KT SUPPLY PRINTED THE WRONG ADDDRESS ON THE LABEL. WILL UPLOAD THE PROOF. TEXT MESSAGE FROM KT SUPPLY ADMITTING THAT THEY CUT OFF MY ADDRESS ON THE LABEL BECAUSE THEY WERE TO INCOMPETENT TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO SEND IT WITH MY PROPER MAILING ADDRESS.
UPDATE: AGAIN, WAS GIVEN THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND CLEARLY I DONT CREATE ADDRESSES SO IF THEIR SYSTEM CREATED A LABEL THAT DIDN'T HAVE THE WHOLE ADDRESS THE ISSUE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DETECTED BEFORE SHIPMENT. THIS COMPANY TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHEN AT FAULT. INSTEAD TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR DOING NOTHING BUT PAYING AND PROVIDING MY CORRECT ADDRESS. THEY MAKE SURE TO REPLY TO A REVIEW THAT THE CLEARLY DESERVE, BUT COULDNT TAKE THEY TIME TO FIGURE OUT THEY MESSED UP.
YET ANOTHER UPDATE. ALSO IS A SCREENSHOT CONFIRMING THAT THEY REFUSED TO CHECK THE ADDRESS AND STILL BLAME ME FOR THEIR ISSUES. ON MAY 10TH I CONTACTED THEM YET AGAIN. THIS ISSUE WENT ON FROM APRIL 25TH ALL THE WAY UP UNTIL MAY 23RD WHEN I THE CUSTOMER WHO WAS NOT IN THE WRONG DID MY OWN INVESTIGATION AND THEN I WAS REFUNDED WITH NO APOLOGY ATTACHED.

THEY CLEARLY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, CLEARLY PLACED BLAME ON ME AND OFFERED NO TYPE OF HELP UNTIL I MYSELF A MONTH LATER GOT IN CONTACT WITH THE POST OFFICE AND GOT A SUPERVISOR TO TELL ME WHAT KT SUPPLY COULD HAVE VERRIFIED FROM DAY ONE A MONTH AGO. I requested a refund since they state "Most of orders takes 3-4 days and some of orders takes 5-7 business days to ship." On May 26, they responded with "Sorry about the long delayed. We will ship on wed or thur. latest and will provide tracking information. Since we located in NJ, it wonât take a long to delivered"
To Date No Information was received. I followed up with another email requesting a full refund, my order was just over $ 200. They offered to refund shipping. I still haven't received product nor shipping information.
I don't like giving bad reviews, but don't waste your time on money on this company. This was my first and last time using this company. Here is to hoping I receive my refund soon as I've gone elsewhere for what I needed.
Update: As of today June 4th 1:37pm. Vendor is correct, I did request a full refund. However, they state they have refunded me in full, which is at this current moment not the case. I contact my CC company, they do not see anything on their side for a refund. I have filed a dispute with my CC company, regarding these charges. I had ordered a case of talcum powder (12 units) and was quickly informed that only 11 were available at that time and that they would ship what they could and fulfill the rest the following week. I allowed 3 weeks to pass (from 2/19 - 3/14) before reaching back out to inquire as of the status of this last bottle that I had already paid for. I did receive a quick response that the original product was still unavailable but that a substitution would be made. Unfortunately the replacement was not talcum and so, for me, was not a viable solution (especially since I was specifically told that the replacement would be a talcum product). All this before hand would have only made me lower them to 4 stars though. It was the fact that, when I brought this to their attention, I was told, "Our apologies for the mistake, you can either keep that powder or return it back to us at the following address: 49 Commerce Road, Carlstadt, NJ, 07072. And unfortunately, we do not seem to have any other products that are talcum powder based.". So basically, I am told that I can spend more of my own money to return a product that they sent in error and that I will not be compensated for the one lost bottle. Luckily for me, the loss of one bottle only equates out to be a few dollars but the fact that they do not seem to care that they have basically stolen these few dollars from me does bother me. I do believe that they should have offered that minor refund since they admit that they will not be able to fulfill my purchase order and left the decision to me (which I would have told them not to bother since I already had felt bad that they had originally attempted good customer service by splitting up the initial order). I am still giving 2 stars though just because I do feel that there was, at least at first, an attempt made to be a good vendor.
