My family likes to go here to their restaurant to order street tacos. I came in 7 minutes before close (not realizing they closed so early), they already had all the spoons out of dishes and had them covered. I proceeded to try to order, they told me they were closed. One of them saw me with a list in my hands, asked what all I wanted. I told them exactly what my parents had wrote for me to order. They were quite short , told me to have a seat while they worked on my food, so no one else would come up and order (even though they were still open). I repeated the options I wanted repeatedly and they still managed to mess up my order. I wanted a #4 bucket of steak, tortillas & all the works for street tacos, instead, I received a #4 combo for one. They assembled everything that wasn't from the salsa bar (that was mostly empty) & I only noticed what they had done incorrectly when I got home. By the time I got home and inspected their food, it was too late for me to do anything about it. I didn’t notice the rips at check out but noticed the cashier wiping crumbs of something off the conveyor. After getting home and realized the bag was ripped in several places, I now know what she was wiping off. She could have mentioned it. Not knowing if it was already ripped, but assuming because the pork rinds were stale.
The tamales have been getting smaller and smaller and costing more and more. It is very disappointing to buy 6 tamales that are so scrawny in size. I usually recommend people go to Morelos for tamales, now I’m embarrassed that I did.
If the conchas start lacking quality, I will have no reason to go to Morelos and will choose the alternate markets a little further north to get my...
