I was referred to Jackie over a year ago by a friend when my esthetician of 4+ years moved. I had went to European wax center and wax the city and just wasn’t happy with the service, then I found Jackie. She has been so amazing, she keeps her space clean and sanitized, is efficient and has great hours for those that work during the day like me. If she is sick, she is considerate enough to reschedule her clients rather than spreading her sickness just to earn a $. Which really shows she cares, because small business owners only get paid when they work. If she does have to reschedule, she will usually stay late or open more slots to help accommodate her clients. What I love about Jackie is that she always makes me feel comfortable and is very personable. She remembers details from our conversations and will ask about them each time she sees me, as if we are friends catching up, which speaks volumes to me - I’m not just another wax. If there was an option for more than 5 stars I would choose it. Jackie has always been professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. My husband has used her services and I've been seeing Jackie for years. I contracted folliculitis about 2 years ago and Jackie was fabulous about rescheduling me last minute because I would have a breakout. We brainstormed together several times to see how we could clear it up. Jackie is fantastic at what she does, she will do her best to accommodate you and she is never difficult to work with. I have been seeing Jackie for over a year and referred a few of my friends to her as well. I’m so happy I found her because as a plus size woman, it is vital that I feel comfortable having someone perform waxing services on me. Jackie has ALWAYS made me feel extremely comfy!!
