Decipher Escape Rooms — Local services in Mooresville

I’m selecting 1 star for a multitude of reasons. The first issue was the schedule, I selected a 2:15pm appointment and when we arrived just after 2:00pm we were told it was actually a 2:45pm start time. This was frustrating but what was more frustrating was the fact that we didn’t start until after 3:00pm, this is inexcusable. Once we started the room it was incredibly underwhelming, the decor was accurate but the clues were broken and did not flow properly. And once we did solve it all we tried to relay the answers via radio per the instructions and the staff were not there to confirm. The staff dropped the ball on this which made the experience that much worse. This is by far the absolute WORST escape room I have ever been to. I would not recommend this to anyone. This was not an escape room but rather a murder mystery. Quite frankly My wife and sister-in-law wanted to escape the situation, due to how poorly this room was...

My family and I have done dozens & dozens of escape rooms. We were in town for business & thought we'd try out this place with friends from work. Location is really not handicap friendly. Unnecessarily have to walk up a flight of stairs to just sign in and walk down another flight of stairs to find the escape room location. Not enough signs or directions to get you where you need to be. There needs to be some better organization to allow for ease of arrival. We did solitary confinement. The room was somewhat fun but way too easy. They had a couple number punch locks but no puzzles or added surprise. Host seemed absent or distracted by other things during our time. Overall, the whole process seems disorganized. We aren't from that area but I don't think I'd come back when there are other...

Well, Im still stuck inside... my phone is down to 3% battery. Hopefully somebody will let me out when they open tomorrow morning. I thought that maybe this wouldn't happen after my 2nd trip in. Guess 3rd time is not the charm. Good escape room. Little tough though. Thats the way its supposed to be right? The good news is I found some pizza stuffed under a box in the corner this time. Its crunchy and a little stale. I ate it quick so I would have time to notice anything unappetizing that might be growing/crawling on it.
