A friend and I brought Hurricane relief supplies to Mooresville from 7.5 hours away. Had to make a stop at O’Reilly’s next door. So we walked over before heading back home. A couple was just ahead of us and ordered. We waited for our order to be taken. Patiently, for the first few minutes. The couple got their drinks and sat down. No one acknowledged us. There was a girl filling chip bags. She never acknowledged us. Nor did the drive through cashier. Nor did the cook. Finally after my friend and I had exchanged looks of disbelief for this a few times I moved around and leaned over the counter a little and looked pointedly at the drive through girl. I didn’t say anything- just wanted her to help us. She looked annoyed and hatefully said “Can’t you see we are extremely busy?” I looked at my friend. She was ready to go off on her. So was I but we didn’t. We didn’t want to have our food contaminated by saying anything to some saucy young girls who obviously already had attitude. We waited for a couple of minutes more and she came over to give someone who had walked up in the meantime a mobile pickup order. They’d not even exchanged any words. Then she asked if we were picking up an order. We told her we’d not even gotten the chance to order yet!! Suddenly a lightbulb look flickered across her face and she took our separate orders. She didn’t have the decency to even apologize. She also never spoke to us after this. As I waited on my order at the table my friend stood at the counter for a bit, waiting for the orders, then got her utensils and napkins before sitting down. It was taking a long time to get them. I went to the restroom which was nasty with a bunch of dirty tissue on top of the toilet among other things. I went back out and sat down and a bit later they called my name and slid my tray on the counter and walked off. The tray was soaking wet and the water was wetting the food wrappers. So gross!! My friend went to the restroom and came back and remarked on the nasty bathroom. They still hadn’t made her food yet. When it did come it was also set down on a wet tray. I said it was probably the same tray they put mine on but she pointed out that mine was still up on the counter. Only one other person came in while we were there. I...
Read moreI love TacoBell and it’s always been my fav but now not so sure. I showed up last night and there was one person in the driv-thru so I pulled in behind them. They had just had their order taken and pulled forward to the window I then sat at the driv-thru 5-10 minutes. I then pull to the window and it’s closing time and I see no one in the store for the 5 minutes I sat there before someone comes to the window and doesn’t even open it. I then pull to the front of the store and record them being lazy and record there license plates to call corporate and as I was doing so I had multiple employees come out the store and tell my I wasn’t going to do that and was carrying a broom and threatened me with it. I then pulled off and a somewhat rude manner. Telling me that they were gonna call the police and I told them to do so for I haven’t done anything wrong.5 minutes down the road MPD talk to me and I told them what happen and they told me it was unprofessional of them but they still had rules to follow. This store hasn’t been open for a month and they have bad reviews and I was banned from ever returning. Will be calling corporate to oversee a turn for my ban and the firing of the four employees there that night. DO...
Read moreI was really scared to try this location because I saw all of the one-star reviews but it actually turned out to be a pretty good experience?
The drive-through cashier was very nice and sounded energetic even though it was 1 AM. I saved my receipt and then realized I had misplaced it as soon as I started writing this review. I believe her name was Stephenii or something similar but she definitely deserves a shout-out.
The food was hot but for some reason my soft tacos were a little bit wet. I was mostly just happy that it wasn't cold or stale like some of the other reviews said. The gordita and supreme soft tacos were loaded with meat, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, so I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.
The dining room closes at 10 PM but the parking lot from 1-2 AM delivered a serene ambience that you just don't get from other restaurants on 150. I never felt like I was in any danger and at no point did I feel the need to roll up my window and lock my doors.
All in all, I think that this location deserves another chance if it's disappointed you...
