I went to the counter to order my food and no one was at the register. I waited for several minutes there was a petition up over the food, but it was frosted glass so you couldn’t see if anyone was back there so I assume they could not see me as well, so I walked down to the end of the counter and ask one of the people standing there if someone could take my order Which apparently this offended this woman very badly and she said, yeah I went back towards the register and waited several minutes and she came up there and I knew right away. I had made a mistake because she was pissed Figured she was all spit in my food or something nefarious. I tried to be very pleasant and smile, but she was already pissed off at me. For some questions about the chicken sandwiches she had an attitude the whole time about everything I ask I did place my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a chicken supreme combo with my chicken supreme combo. You get a dipping sauce I ordered, honey mustard. When I went down to pick up my order, I stood there for a while while they fixed orders for the drive-through. I don’t know how long I waited and how many orders went in front of me before someone finally asked me what I was waiting on and when I told them what I had ordered, they looked down and seen the receipt for what I ordered and started making my food. I asked for an extra honey mustard because there’s never enough in one of those small containers. You need about one and a half for three chicken tenders at that time the lady who was already pissed off at me heard me ask for an extra honey mustard Came down there and said rudely that will be $.42. I said that’s fine and although they had just given someone else, who was there the biggest handful of ketchup I’ve ever seen in my life and didn’t charge a thing and was very happy to do so I paid my $.42 and left, however, when I got to my car and looked, they had charged me for the honey mustard that I had already paid for that should’ve came with my meal. Over an hour ago I purchased food at Bojangles on the plaza (corporate store) I noticed that the attendant tapped my card, the 1st time I've seen my card tapped in any drive-through and I was concerned. Incidentally this particular site rarely offers a receipt. I continually have had to ask for a receipt, I hadn't been here in quite some time, still today no different. The attendant intensely looked at me with the window open normally they close it swiftly and move on, mind you, I asked for my receipt 3 times, the 3rd time he heard me as if he didn't hear me the 1st 2 times, I caught him off guard. I scanned the receipt to make sure the items and the price was accurate and went on my way. When I got home, I called another store, this particular store is a franchise and I asked them what type of protection did they offer when one comes through the drive-through and the attendant taps the card, the manager told me that they are supposed to give you 2 separate receipts, one for your purchase and 1 for your card. I only received one receipt and I have been trying to call this store for the last hour and a 1/2 and it's no doubt the phone is off the hook nobody's calling that rapidly, I actually started calling them before I left the property, if I had not had grocery in the car, I would have gone inside. I went ahead and canceled my card yet am placing notice, they have the right individual today and should anything fraudulent activity dome against my accoumt, get ready for some heat to come behind you!!!!! People this tap with the card is simple and easy but you need to be aware of the procedures that are supposed to follow and your protection. Read moreI have been a frequent customer of this location since it opened. For many years this was the best around. Sadly, I will never return here. Workers here are very rude and posses no customer service skills, by reading other reviews it looks like the management here is part of the problem, as it seems no action has been taken, or have reviews been responded to. Purchased 2 BEC combos though the drive thru. Arrived at the window, no one else in line and only a couple people inside. The rudest drive through attendant I have ever interacted with tells me I need to pull around and wait for my food. I pull around and wait for more than 30 minutes, I watch 2 different employees go to break watching me sit, and go back to work, ( this is because the area they take break at is right beside where you park to wait), so you would think someone would mention inside there was a car waiting? Absolutely not. I go inside, although I am furious, i remain calm and politely ask for my order. I hear a woman in the back begin screaming " I already made that", the drive through attendant stands there staring at me like she is completely lost, manger doesn't even offer an apology and acts as though its my fault for bothering them.
