Went inside Hotshots for a cold brew and to chill. The bartender acknowledged me but left me hanging for around 7 minutes. The way she was acting made me feel uncomfortable. I decided I would only stay for one beer and than be on my way. She served me the beer, I drank it and asked how much I owed. I placed the money on the bar with no tip. The next time I came inside she told Danica I didn't pay for the beer. I have caught Hotshots bartenders try to bill me for more beers than I had ordered a few times. This has happened not only to me, but several friends. They always fixed my ticket and were polite when I let them know I didn't order some of the drinks. Danica had always been the one who was "observant", "helpful", "coach", "problem solver", when I needed anything at all. When Danica told me I didn't pay for the beer, I let her know I did pay. She told me she was going to give me "one free" beer but I couldn't come back anymore. I couldn't believe what was going on. No worries, I took it as a lost and have stayed out. Be careful of the crookedness people. The only females who are usually there are with guys. Other than that mostly a bunch of guys aiming to have a good time. Good music, good...

I can honestly say I have only visited this place maybe a dozen times . I hadn't in months until recently which reminded me why . My friend and I went on to have some drinks and food and maybe watch the UFC fight Saturday . We asked if they were showing the fight they were not . But from moment bartender I wouldn't even say greeted us it was a very awkward and upsetting experience. Not a smile how are you anything just what would u like to drink and when she realized we were not staying because we wanted watch fight she couldn't be bothered . I even apologized for ruining her night only to try get her realize maybe how rude she was being . She said she had a headache ! Well being in line of business she is if it was that bad u make your paying customers feel awkward and they are unimportant maybe should of had someone cover your shift or find a job you don't have to talk to people ! Even after letting her know how she made us feel she walked away made no eye contact and never talked to us again . I would of spoke to manager but since she managed smile talking to him I didn't see point . Not a place I would go to again ....
