Do NOT purchase anything online from these crooks! I ordered shoes almost 3 weeks ago. I ordered a size 10, Tyler Hampton emailed me stating they didn’t have 10s and would I take a 9.5. I replied no problem. 10 days later I checked UPS tracking and the shoes hadn’t been shipped yet so I emailed Tyler asking when they’d be shipped.. no reply. I waited a few days and emailed him again.. no reply. I finally called yesterday at 10am when they opened and a gentleman answered and he said Tyler will have to call me back when he arrives. Well, guess what. No call back. So I called again yesterday at 3pm. The phone rang for a good 45 secs to a minute before going to voicemail. They have caller ID because the guy who answered earlier knew my name without me telling him. So they ignored my call yesterday afternoon. All I want is my credit card reimburse for the $300 they charged me. I stated that on the voicemail. No call back. Hoping the BBB can help today. You’ve...

I can say hands down, this is one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. This is very high quality clothing & not anything you’ll find anywhere online or at a department store. Great experience & attention to your needs.

Be prepared for plenty of real handmade Italian clothing with select fabrics and even some “one of one” items that create a really unique shopping experience, if you’re looking for that.

Purchased a pair of Peter Millar shoes for Christmas last year and called the store to return them because they weren’t the color my boyfriend wanted they said no problem and told me to send them back, I did and they never refunded my money. I’ve called left messages and no response. They stole $155 and the pair of sneakers and I had to pay $10 to send them back as well. So I’m really out $320!! Do not purchase anything from here they are liars...
