This is regarding the PA Gabrielle. Do not waste your time and money with her. She should not be practicing. Saw the pa Gabrielle after 10 days of no bowel movement, pain/fullness not passing gas/extreme nausea where I wasn’t able to eat and barely drinking. Explained how concerned I was, am a type 1 diabetic. Told to perform at home enemas and f/u in 6 days. No suggestion for nausea or pain. Asked what to do if it didn’t work? Told to let her know if I pass any blood. So caring. Saw again at day 16. Had to go to ER where they did another CT in between appointments. Had to show results on my phone to Gabrielle. She remarked it wasn’t that severe. Explained ER doc put me on a regime of miralax/zofran and only expelled a small amount of light brown liquid once, then yellow clear next day and some mucus. She said that meant I was all clear? Made zero sense. She was just not hearing me. Advised to continue miralax and again let her know if I passed blood. Ultimately got help from PCP and new GI specialist. Only from their recommendations was I able to start having any bowel movements again at day 18.
The icing on the cake, there were some abnormalities found on my CT. I asked Gabrielle if I needed to be concerned, she said I needed to see an endocrinologist to discuss that. She never took the 5 minutes to explain what it was about! Received a phone call from the endos nurse the next day to schedule bloodwork. She said Gabrielle was supposed to explain it to me? Apparently that was too difficult for her. Had to have the new GI doctor explain what it meant.
Do NOT let piedmont schedule you with Gabrielle. She is uncaring, cold, and a poor listener. She should not be practicing medicine.

Read moreI'm struggling with the pain under my left rib cage over a year now. During my consultation with Dr. Menon we have agreed to run blood tests and to schedule abdominal ultrasound. First, I had to ask nurses to explain me what kind of blood test they are doing and what will results show. Second - next day Dr. Menon Called me with the blood test results and I have asked her if the ultrasound will cover my whole abdominal and she said "No, only right". I was surprised and reminded her that I was having pain on the left , so why US for the right side? She hesitated and confirmed that both sides. When I arrived at US ( 50 min drive), they said that there is order only for the right side. What?? No explanation form the doctor, no notes. Like nothing. I tried to call them and the office is closed for 2 days because of relocating. No on call doctor, nurse or anyone...
Read moreI have been dealing with upper quadrant pain for over 2 years now. I have had Xrays, 2 CT scans with and without contrast, an ultrasound, an MRI and even surgery without the problem being fixed. Then I turned my focus to my gut health. Gabrielle Miller immediately signed me up for a SIBO breath test which diagnosed my problem. I am so grateful for this team and their help to start fixing my health and gut microbiome. Tabitha is also such a caring nurse! Everyone there is super knowledgable and explains these complex medical things in easy to understand terms. They provide various plans in information packets down to diet charts and lists of recommended/non recommended foods. Life is really looking up with the help of...
