This Kohl's store is the most mismanaged retail outlet I have ever been to. I was trying to return a shirt that I'd bought 2 days earlier, I walked in, there were 3 cashiers standing around chatting and apearantly having a good time. I asked them if they would take my return. One of those ignorant impolite youngsters told me to walk all the way down and turn left, a long walk for an old and permanently disabled person that I am. I believe she was upset I interrupted their fun time. I walked the long way with my broken back to the returns which was clearly pointing to a lady who was busy helping people. After standing and waiting my turn, she said that I'm in the wrong area, this stand is only for Amazon returns, and sent me to another place for returns. That's the true definition of MISMANAGEMENT.
They make sure you walk the entire store before you can return anything. It seems to me there are more employees standing idle than customers. Sometimes you could have the entire store to yourself.
Also, prices are unreasonably and outrageously high, I visit this store only for their clearance sales deals. Their poor service makes me think twice before I spend another...

Brought in an Amazon return, lady at the service desk handed me tape and told me to tape up my box. Was a little taken aback, but obliged the best I could. When she started putting it in the bag she said âUgh, you didnât close it right, itâs still openâ. Then she told me to tie up the bag myself. When I showed her the Amazon return page that said âno box neededâ, she responded âwe donât work for Amazonâ. Horrible attitude, do not return your amazon...
