Today, August 13th, 2024, Ryan came to our house and worked on a few items on our spa. He patiently answered all my questions and was able to address concerns and made replacements as needed. Thankfully, the spa we purchased was still covered by warranty and the parts he replaced were fully covered. Ryan is a terrific ambassador of service and results for your company. I think your team is lucky to have him as an employee and I hope he gets his due recognition. Give him a raise and keep hiring people like Ryan!

This is indeed the best place to purchase a spa!
First and foremost, everything about Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas is centered on delivering outstanding customer service.
My parents recently decided to get a new spa after their old one from 2002 (which they purchased from a different company) was requiring more repairs than they wanted to continuously invest funds.
My mom saw your company on the internet and initiated an inquiry about spa sizes and models available. James took her call and offered to come out to their residence. He presented several suggestions to my parents, offering a variety of options that could meet their specific needs. He made a very professional presentation; offering key points of difference between the models and made no assumptions as to what my parents wanted, needed, or could afford. He was indeed very polished, forthright, and answered every question my parents had about the different models. Most impressively, James knew every detail, and was a confident guide in helping my parents choose a spa best for them. James earned my parents trust. My dad requested to see the spas in person before they made the selection. James was very receptive of this and agreed that seeing the spa in person would be ideal.
On the Saturday of President's Day Weekend, we visited your store in Moreno Valley. James greeted us with a congenial manner and showed my parents the various models he covered in his presentation. At no time did he pressure my parents to make a decision. He was again quite patient; answering every question they asked. It was easy to see that James likes his job, and he was very good at it.
About 20 minutes looking around the showroom, my parents finally settled on a style they felt best complimented their needs. James processed the paperwork timely, smoothly, and efficiently. The spa my parents chose was a custom model, so it required more time to assemble and it was delivered within the time period James outlined on the purchase order/ contract. The electrician, Bob, came to the residence a few days later and completed the setup quite efficiently, and timely.
Today, Ryan and John delivered the new spa and took away the old spa upon completion as promised. Ryan and John work well together as an effective team. The location my parents wanted the spa placed is not an easy location to get to. There is a two-tier section of elevated concrete/stonewall and there is not alot of wiggle room to help get a 600 pound spa into a tight area. However, Ryan and John did this project very smoothly. They were very strategic of making a smooth transition from the the truck to the spa's final spot, all the while being very mindful of not damaging property, sprinkler heads or bushes along the journey. From arrival, installation and setup, just two hours in total. These guys were quite good at their jobs, and they worked extremely well as a team.
Clearly, your team at Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas not only knows their jobs very well, they are all quite good at what they do. When the time comes for a new spa, there will be only one choice and that's because of the way James, Bob, Ryan and John do their jobs. There are alot of spa companies out there, but your team is a cut above the rest. Well done!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert Castillo at Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas, and I can confidently say it was one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. I shared with Robert what I was looking for in a spa, and from that moment on, he was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and insightful. He patiently answered all of my questions, offered valuable suggestions I hadn’t considered, and helped me explore every available option without ever making me feel pressured or rushed.
What truly set Robert apart was his genuine and professional approach. As someone who has worked in sales for over 30 years, I tend to be skeptical when making a large purchase—I’ve seen both the good and the bad. But Robert treated me with the same honesty, transparency, and care that I’ve always aimed to give my own clients. He never came across as a “typical salesperson,” and I couldn’t have been more impressed or more comfortable during the process.
After considering our needs and preferences, we decided on the brand-new 2025 Hot Springs Grandee—and we couldn't be happier with the choice!
Once we agreed on the spa, options, and price, Robert introduced me to the store manager and owner—both of whom were equally professional and welcoming. It’s clear that this is a team that values integrity and customer satisfaction above all.
When delivery day arrived, we scheduled a window from 12pm to 3pm—and the crew (Grant, Larry, Matt, and Gary) showed up right on time. These guys were fantastic! Friendly, professional, and clearly experienced, they hauled away my old spa with no issues and took extra care to measure and align the new one perfectly on my patio.
Once the spa was installed and filled, Gary walked me through the entire system—how to operate everything, how to treat and maintain the water using the provided salt, cartridges, and chlorine, and what to expect in the next couple weeks to the first year of use. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I recorded the walk-through on my phone so I wouldn’t forget a thing. He even provided a PDF with future maintenance instructions for easy reference.
All in all, I highly recommend the entire team at Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas—not just for the great deal, but for the level of professionalism that exceeded all expectations. Most of all, thank you for treating us not just as clients, but like friends—and even family—instead of just another sale.

Went to showroom to check it out, James answered all our questions without making anyone feel like they were talking to a sleazy used car salesman, just the opposite. Cordial, professional, informative, etc. IE. Pleasant experience. Gary came by our house ahead of time & educated us on the best place in our yard for install, which worked out much better for us in the end. Installation day just like last time: received call beforehand. Everyone arrived when scheduled. Gary was running the job & you could tell he was experienced & knew what he was doing. Extremely professional and very thorough. Everything was completed the same day. Had couple questions the following day, called & spoke with Terri at the office. Same thing, she took her time, provided information needed, very kind & helpful, etc. These guys are fabulous. If you're interested in a hot tub or pool, this is the place. We've been talking about getting a hot tub for several years. We finally decided to do it. Where to begin..?? Did some research. Looked at Consumer Reports etc. Drove out to Moreno Valley to look at some different models. So glad we did. NO creepy used car salesman vibes whatsoever. The person who helped us was knowledgeable and very professional. This solidified our decision to make a purchase that same day. We found the model we wanted, put a down payment & even had someone come out to our home ahead of time to make sure we could get it into our backyard etc. The installation crew arrived on time with a call beforehand & were also professional. Everything went according to plan. I had another electrical outlet I needed installed (near the unit) which was able to be worked out right then & there for a reasonable price. Gary the electrician was especially helpful the whole time & explained everything I had questions about in a way that was easy to understand. Our entire experience with this agency was pleasant - front to back, top to bottom. Every single employee we had contact with was wonderful.
