I went to the Crumbl Cookies location in Moreno Valley a few days ago and, unfortunately, had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, the staff seemed uninterested and rude, which already set a negative tone.
When I noticed something wrong with my order, I politely asked to speak to a manager so the issue could be resolved. A girl named Heidy came over, but she didn’t even carry herself like a supervisor. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and gave off the impression that she didn’t care about my concern at all. Instead of offering a solution or at least apologizing, she brushed me off and spoke to me with an attitude. It honestly felt like she was annoyed that I even brought up the issue.
As someone who works hard for their money and expects basic respect when spending it, this was incredibly frustrating. Customers should never be made to feel like they are an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism was shocking, especially coming from someone who is supposed to represent management. If that’s the way “supervisors” are treating people, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff feels under that kind of leadership.
Crumbl as a brand prides itself on delivering not only quality cookies but also a great customer experience. This location completely failed at that. Experiences like this push loyal customers away, and if nothing is done, the store’s reputation will only continue to decline.
I hope upper management or corporate looks into this incident and addresses it seriously. A customer should never leave feeling disrespected and ignored the way I did. Moreno Valley deserves better than what this location is...
Read moreThis is a review regarding my experience at this location. I ordered a too good to go box. Mind you. This is my first time ever having Crumbl cookies. I decided to try them through an economical alternative instead of paying premium price for some cookies. I just want to say to the people that work at this location have some more compassion towards others because you guys look down on people that order too good to go and we are just trying to pick up our order. There is no reason to tell us to wait outside or to kick us out because we are not paying regular customers? And then this one girl says it’s for my safety and everyone outside heard you saying that safety about what we’re not criminals it’s just cookie. It’s not a bank. It’s not a jewelry shop so after trying the cookies I’d rather save my money next time and I’d rather buy the great value cookies from Walmart than this trash. To all the other people that decide to get too good to go just be mindful. Do not expect a warm welcome not...
Read moreI was there for the grand opening yesterday and I gotta say, I’m so pumped for Moreno Valley to finally have a Crumbl and they did not disappoint!!! The line was out the door and wrapped around the parking lot all the way to Chili’s, but the staff was on point and got the line moving really quickly! The cookies were FRESH and WARM, and for how many people they had in line, the cookies came out super quick! The staff seemed friendly and also very helpful (told us to download the Crumbl app to get the free cookie while we were standing in line, SCORE!). We went towards end of the night and Moe (seems like he was the owner?) ended up giving a few extra cookies to us for being one of the last people there! Definitely gonna come back as this is one of the few dessert spots in Moreno Valley. I also ran into people that I had not seen in years so that...
