By far the best Chinese food I've ever had. We always order for delivery or take out, but when going into the restaurant it is clean and tidy. Delivery is quick and they always remember to include sauces. We have never had an order that was messed up or items missing, so great job for that! The food is phenomenal! Everything is made fresh to order. I think you get a good portion size and they include rice or chow mien with any main dish you order. And when I say they have the BEST fried rice....and I know, what is exciting about fried rice....but it is soft, fresh, and so moist and flavorful. The chicken and green beans is great. We also typically get the orange chicken or the sesame chicken. I love that the chicken is never dry, and they actually give you a good amount of meat with the veggies. Like the beef and broccoli, at most places you get mostly broccoli, but here they don't skimp on the meat. The chow mien is some of the best I've tried and the veggies are a great touch. We also get the Kung Pao quite frequently. It's so full of flavor and not too spicy. Honestly, there's not a thing on the menu that we haven't like. This place is a little pricey, like most things these days, but it is well worth the price for the quantity and quality that...
Read moretried this place out after going to super target. i dont mind the shouting staff, cuz we asians do that :P but the food was good, i ordered the chicken chow fun, i was really hungry so i kept having seconds, then third from my plate.. one thing i really hate is that they have so many chicken ingredients on the plate and they're big ones too, i dont mind if they were chopped in small pieces but they were huge chunks of it.
then mom ordered the vegetable chop suey, that one was good too but they put too much chicken ingredients as well. its like when you eat most of it, you see huge chunks of chicken.. we just lost interest.
the boba was also good, i like it when they give you a big sized drinks. i really hate when restaurants would give you a small non-refillable thai tea drink, then they would cost u like $3. but its cool that this one cost less than $3.
the service was good too, though i prefer doing them myself, but i guess they intended to do that so they would get tips.
the parking was pretty bad, i came around 8pm, and there's nowhere else nearby. you have better luck if you keep going around in...
Read moreCustomer service is HORRIBLE!!! Went in for a quick pickup and the guy at the register was horribly rude, even though I was extremely kind. When I ordered my food he spoke to me as if I was doing him a disservice. He snatched the money out of my hand. As I waited for the food he kept staring at me like I shouldn't have been in the restaurant & when I went to grab my food he pushed it at me as though i needed to hurry up and leave. As I was leaving I turned back around & looked at him just to make sure I understood the situation correctly & he was staring at me like he wanted to make sure I was leaving.
I'll NEVER return to this establishment! And, if you're a melanated, specifically Black/African-American, person, I emplore you, DO NOT SUPPORT!!! The service received is not worth your worth, integrity or money!
If you want Chinese food, I suggest a short drive to JADE CHINA off Canyon Springs Parkway. Their food is delicious and the customer service is quite EXCEPTIONAL! The woman at the front with the glasses is extremely kind & quite wonderful!!! They are...
