the food is ok the cooker was standing on the counter were you prep the food and I said to him what are you doing he didn't listen to me and he was cleaning the roof oven over the food all the chemicals and debris was going into the food and it was not covered and my friend saw a cockroach by the salsa bar dont believe me go on Yelp and you see the video. when I order my food and I saw him cleaning I asked him can you please wash your hands with the chemicals on your hand before you make my food and he didn't want two,he did not like that and he made my food very bad quality and even the lady working there even said you need to wash your hands when you touch the food when cleaning she told him in Spanish so i no he nos because the chubby fat cooker give me a weird look he work from 11pm to am 7 in the morning.I already called the health department I'm pretty sure they'll be shut down or the letter A will go to a B or C grade and there's a lot of flys flying around landing on the food because the food...

So today I went to this favorite place of mine. Unfortunately I just had a bad experience the teller took my order wrong and when I went to get it corrected it was like I was trying to steal from the restaurant. I asked for three different type of tacos. 1 beef crunchy taco 1 polo asada taco a min carnitas taco. Obviously I didn’t get that I got 1 beef and chicken crunchy and two carnitas tacos. The cook decided to tell me that he made what was on the ticket. I explained it was wrong he told me well we didn’t charge you for that chicken taco and you need to give back also he was insisting I take the carnitas taco that I didn’t want at the end he was just flat out rude. Asking me to eat something I didn’t order. Really!!! The food is good, but the service is horrible. I’ve been to other Alberto’s and have been greeted and treated kindly. This is the first Alberto’s I’ve ever had a problem with. The cashier (as mentioned in a previous review by another individual) had an “I hate my job” attitude and, of course, I don’t expect her to love her job, but I do expect to be treated with the same kind of respect that I treat others. She made a mistake when taking down my order, gave me attitude, refused to admit her mistake, and refused to fix her mistake when I told her about it. I just smiled, said “okay” after hearing her repeat “no this is what you ordered” three times, and walked away because what seemed to be her manager was standing next to her and I didn’t want her to lose what may have been the only source of income she has, and even then I heard her complain to the cook about me in Spanish as if I wasn’t going to understand (Spanish is my first language).
