I've been twice to the new one that just opened in eastern Moreno Valley, CA, near the super target off of Nason. I had heard of the store but had not been in one prior to these visits.
Both times, upon entering, the employees were friendly and welcoming with offers to help find what I was looking for.
It's new, so the store was clean and shelves well stocked.
I told my family that it's going to be a useful place to have so close to our house.
There's such a varied amount of things in there I compared it to having a mini auto parts store, pet store, clothing store, tool store, home decor store (if you like country decor) etc. I was, frankly, amazed at the variety of things they had and the store wasn't that big, all things considered.
It is designed to make country living easier with products that you would need to work on tractors and other machinery. I saw the biggest wrench I'd ever seen there, so it's covering some really big equipment!
You don't need to have a farm/ranch life to be able to find something for suburban living. They ran the gamut with pets, from to birds, cats and dogs and their supplies, so the way up to horses and cows and several critters inbetween!
I'll just say if you haven't seen one it's worth taking a look at. I'm not that great at price comparison so I can't tell you if it compares to another store, but they are close by so it may save a run...
Read moreRead moreWhen I went in to use the dog wash, the employee at the till tells me it's going to be about a 45 min wait, as two huskies and a pit are currently in the washing station. So I wait in the store about an hour. At least four different employees are checking if I'm getting a dog wash, then walk away. When the trio is about to finish up, an employee comes up to finally tell me I needed to buy a wash to reserve my spot, and because the 60lb Newfie mix that showed up five minutes ago bought the wash before me, they would get priority. Despite the fact I had already waited almost an hour to wash my 20lb short hair dog. So I leave before washing my dog. Ridiculous that the info on reserving a wash isn't the first thing out of employees mouths when you walk in with a dog(especially when I told them I'm here for a wash), especially when at least 5 different employees knew I was there for a dog wash. Very irritated with that...
The employees at this location are very nice, not the kind of forced customer-service-nice-manner but the genuine we-love-you-as-other-kind-humans one. They said it was because everyone there was like their family and they loved the place and each other. Everyone was very warm and greeted us sincerely. When my husband had a nose bleed, we already took care of it, but one team member saw and brought us some tissues. He also told us we should call next time before coming in to check whether they had ducklings or not so we wouldn't have to...
