I would give less if I could. Your experience will be great if you are purchasing but god forbid you have an issue same day with the item you purchased and return the next.

Purchased a ring a few weeks ago and friends had purchased items as well. The jade stone fell out of the ring to which I brought it back and somehow the employee was able to pop it back in. Later that day the stone fell out and was no where to be found. So I went back to ask for refund or replacement. No refunds so I requested a call back from the owner to request an exchange. No call was given.

I went back today as I had returned from a trip and had inquired, the woman working there immediately gets loud and said no refunds I said I didn't ask for a refund I asked for an exchange. She quickly points to a business card knowing darn well she can pick up that cell phone like last time and call her. So I grab a card and of course the number doesn't work.

Needless to say I will never go back to this place and will be disputing the charge for the unprofessionalism and inability to reach after...

The vibe of this place is vibrant with so much love! The owner of this shop is a super sweet genuine woman. With excellent taste in a eclectic selection of crystals, jewelry, incense, singing bowls, etc. I always find myself losing track of time in her shop as it has so many beautiful items to look at and buy. Definitely recommend if you're in the area to check it out! You'll for sure be amazed by this special...
