I counted 6 college student age employees in the store that were more interested in what was on their phones than helping me. None of them were doing anything, just standing there. After wandering around for 20 mins trying to find a pair of sweatpants for my father, I didn't see the size he needs. I asked for help just trying to see if they had more of his size of available and the employee with a man-bun said he was busy - on his phone. The one adult (and the only person actually working) in the place was helping another customer. I had intended on purchasing Christmas gifts for my whole family who are displaced Mountaineers, instead I took my money elsewhere.

I bought a book from the book exchange and didn't need it for my class. So i took the unopened, unused book back 10 days after the fact with the original receipt.
