I stopped in here yesterday when going to visit family. I have never been a Mexican person because I hate trying new things. I've eaten chipotle before but didn't like the meat at all. It ruined it for me. I have never tried any of the sauces or anything so I wasn't sure what to get. Had a lady named Kendra? I am pretty sure that was her name. She was awesome. She explained it all in detail to me and my child. She didn't rush and act as if we were being a burden. Thankfully it wasn't crazy busy there when I was in. Also had another person help with suggestions too I believe she was a manager. I can't say enough about this place. I was actually surprised at how nice & helpful that they were with us. I haven't been to a restaurant that truly assisted us without feeling like it was a task, or someone getting upset. We both got one of the Mexican bowls. I can't say enough about it. It hands down was the best I've had. The meat was not disgustingly filled with gristle as it was at Chipotle. The portion size was perfect. All around I can't say anything but good about this facility. The staff topped it though. I keep thinking at how friendly they were. I kept apologizing for taking so long, and not knowing things. Honestly she didn't care and assured us to make sure we got what we wanted. That she wanted us to enjoy it & not be disgusted! It was also very well cleaned and nice in there which was a bonus! I certainly will be back when we make our trips...
Read moreAs a former worker of Qdoba, I know how everything is supposed to work. That being said, this is one of the worst Qdoba’s in the state. Managers refuse to help line servers when there is a crowd and are doing a poor job training people. Workers aren’t draining things like pico and beans and are making meals soupy. They also don’t know basic parts of the job like pressing tortilla shells or to constantly mix the food so it doesn’t get dry. Furthermore, for whatever reason, workers have placed the highest priority to online orders (even though there is a 10 minute window befor you have to get started) and will cause a line to build up by doing online orders instead of getting customers out the door. The only good thing about this store is the cooks do a good job so the food quality is always good. However, managers and line servers need a...

Best fast/fast casual experience I’ve had in WV yet. I’ve lived here for 4 years and having a background in fast casual management I’ve been underwhelmed and in some cases disgusted by most of the faster food option around. Qdoba was the cleanest, freshest, best restaurant I’ve seen yet.
The staff was kind, attentive and patient with my kids ordering. They were ready to take our orders as soon as we walked in. The dining room was spotless. The food on the line was FRESH (I can easily tell when it’s not) and DELICIOUS.
I’ll literally never walk into the chipotle down the street again. Thank goodness for this Qdoba. The owners, management, and staff should be very proud! It’s such a relief to have a quick food option in the area that I don’t have to worry...
