The worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I am not the type to review any store especially leave negative comments like this. DO NOT GO
Ordered through the mobile app online around 10:30, came to the store and waited. Pulled around to park since the store wasn’t answering and saw flyers on the window saying opening at 11. Since our mobile orders went through we decided to just wait the 30 min. Close to 11, like 10:56 pulled up to drive through to wait and was asked to either come in or pull up 5 min later. Not sure why we couldn’t wait in line but whatever. Parked and came in at 11.
Whoever opened the door was friendly but after that the bad experience got worse. Went to counter and said we had mobile orders, employee was obviously annoyed we (came in group) had them. Was told since it’s 11 they cannot do breakfast anymore. Asked for reasoning/refund and they said they opened late bc the snow. Roads were fine but who knows I don’t know how that affected them when every other fast food place opened on time. (This taco bell is literally a gamble you never know if they’ll be open or not when they should be) Asked about refund again after I spent $25 ish and they said couldn’t do it you just have to use the app, didn’t tell me anything about how. Looked through app when I got home and will be getting a refund but in 2-3 days. Left after we wasted so much time just trying to get breakfast.
Don’t know why they opened late given other business, mobile app let us order even though the place was “closed”, and very rude staff that was unhelpful when we came in. Love taco bell but will never be coming back...
Read moreWorst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. We went just before 1 pm, the tables were dirty but we shrugged it off and chalked it up to being lunch rush. Our food was the worst I've ever gotten from any taco bell; 2 crunch wrap supreme, neither had hardly ANY meat, mostly sour cream, maybe 3 tiny cubes of tomato. The crunchy taco shell in the crunch wrap had no crunch, like it sat for a while in the juices- obviously not fresh made. The drink area was disgusting. My first choice, the dispenser was missing a piece and I got a shower of carbon water, the syrups were mostly empty so no sticky spray thank goodness. But I do not think the syrup tanks that were working/full were correctly connected. I'm a diabetic and I choose what I eat carefully to avoid sugar spikes and to make sure I take enough insulin to cover the meal. The drink I got said zero sugar but it tasted very sweet and now I'm 3 hours post meal trying to correct a sugar spike that I cannot explain except that the drink must not have been "zero sugar" like it was labeled. My husband and I have sworn to never go to this establishment again because we left feeling disappointed. I don't recommend this Taco...
Read moreThe worst experience I’ve ever had. I work in the fast food industry so I totally get it, however, the women in the window was so rude it’s an understatement. I will never return to this taco bell because of her. I tried to pick up my mobile order in the drive through but was told I couldn’t so I would have to pull around and wait in line a second time since I had more than one order ready for pick up. When I tried to go inside, the door was unlocked so I walked inside (this is my first time at this store). I was screamed at and told that the lobby was closed at 11 (which again, I was unaware of since there were no signs and the door was unlocked). To all this, she said “We close the lobby at 11 every day it’s nothing new. GET OUT.” and was also yelled at by another woman who said the door was only open so she could grab her cigarettes. All I have to say is it was very unprofessional and a very unpleasant experience overall. Had any of this been relayed in a nicer tone, I would’ve had no problem waiting but this was absolutely unacceptable treatment. I cancelled my remaining order and will never return again; I hope this staff gets a serious...
