My experience with UC was HORRIBLE! I drove almost 3 hours and was almost turned away due to the girl working the front said they were too busy today. FB page says no appointments necessary and there is also a sign on the door that states no appointments necessary. After I reminded them of this, and the fact that I drove almost 3 hours she finally agreed. She turned away the next lady that walked in. She had only 2 items. Please!!! So the items I brought in were worth over 4000.00 dollars. I had 5 formal name brand gowns that I paid over 600.00 each for. A brand new Saks purse. 15-20 pairs of all name brand shoes that were never worn or barely worn- Michael KORS, Ugg, Bandalino, Converse and Jessica Simpson to name just a few. The Converse tennis shoes were brand new-never worn. They wouldn’t even take them because they said that the size was a problem. They were a 5 and 1/2. Do they not sell to kids? The Jessica Simpson heels were also brand new and the same size but they wanted them. They didn’t want my like new Ralph Lauren leather coat that I paid 500.00 for. Worn maybe 5 times. So are you ready for the offer. Wait for it. Wait for it. Wait for it. 200.00. They must have thought that I was stupid or desperate that I would even consider that offer. They must have thought that though because the two girls had already thrown the 600.00 dresses in a bin with the shoes they wanted on top. What they actually are is COMPLETELY DELUSIONAL! What a joke and a complete insult. So needless to say DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS MONEY! The items they do have in the store are waaay overpriced, and for the most part not that nice. The store itself has a lot and good clearance but my 2 star rating isn’t for buying at their store it’s for taking your clothes in to sell. They are very picky, I had brand new name brand clothes with tags they rejected, they did make a offer on a purse that was really low but I didn’t care about that. I cared that I brought a designer purse in and it was in its dust cover bag because I take very good care of my purses. As they are going through my stuff the employees are trying on the purse (which until you buy the purse from you I don’t think you should be trying the purse in swinging around) and then without putting it back in it’s dust cover bag the employees throws my $250 purse into a plastic tub. I had to say can you please put my purse back into its protector bag before throwing it in a hard container because I don’t want the leather to get scratch. I just think while your going through people’s items (that I haven’t decided if I was going to take their offer) you should treat their stuff with respect. This is why I am giving two star rating and because I brought stuff in neatly folded and I got it back all rolled in a ball stuffed in closed basket. hello so today I drove almost 3 hours for no point at all!! I go in there and first they tell us that they don’t have time after it says online no appointments and to come in any time. So after they finally take us after having to make internet a point that we drove almost 3 hours they make us stay in store in fact we waited for an hour and a half for them to only offer us 200 DOLLARS!!! For 6 designer dresses one in fact was 800 dollars 4 of the dresses where 600 dollars and 1 was 400 dollars. We had also taken in 2 pairs of coach sun glasses THAT THEY FORGOT ABOUT and we had also brought in about 15 pairs of shoes that where all in great condition multiple pairs of heels that where all name brand and never ever been worn also ugg boots which are super expensive them self then we also had a pair of green converse that they refused to take because they where 5 and a half but took the heels that where?
