Very disappointed in the quality for the price paid. I have bought hams from this store for many years and it seems as if their quality has dropped off significantly. Honestly, cheap store bought ham sprinkled with brown sugar would yield the same results and save 50% $$$. Thick rubbery slices of salty brown sugar coated ham is what I got for $64. I was not impressed with what this restaurant has to offer. The sandwich was fine but not very big for the price. They do offer a variety of sides, but other than a bag of chips or a cookie they were very small portions. I also found their slaw dressing to be very sweet, however that could just be me. I did find the overall service to be very good. The employees were helpful and nice. But I probably won't be going back...

I ordered hot soup, and it was put in the fridge until I arrived. When I asked for a hot one, the employee Jay told me that he just put the soup in the fridge just before I arrived. This was obviously not true as the soup was ice cold and had separated in the fridge which doesn't happen within 10 mins. It's in a styrofoam container too, so I can't even...
