I have had nothing but problems with this restaurant. The time before this one, I tired to order dessert to go, but after two different servers came over and neither got my order ready, I just left. This most recent time, I ordered a Enchilada Supreme dinner which I requested no lettuce, tomato, and only beef and chicken enchiladas, only to be given a plate covered with lettuce and tomato. When I made them aware, the server, just looked at me and said "that is what you ordered" and walked away. After I left with my mess of a dinner I discovered nothing but a mess of dry tortilla shells after taking off all the lettuce and tomato that fell apart and dry beef and chicken...extremely disappointing and an absolute waste of money! I am not sure what the challenge is, if the music is to loud, or if the servers just do not understand what I ordered but they confirmed for me what I ordered before the even placed the order.

Nice dining area and easy to access. Very easy to get a table and food is prepared quickly. The staff is nice and welcoming. The menu is very diverse and tasty. The chicken is very well seasoned, so even dishes that are typically bland have good flavor. Ask them to make your dish spicy and they do a great job making it hot but not too hot. The salsa has a great smokey flavor. Great kids menu.

Food was good, the people was nice, it was really busy they got a couple orders wrong but that's not a huge deal. They're not slow but not exactly fast.(observation made before they got really busy) prices was actually really good for the type of place. Had a good time with my family. Also they have really cool decor

Every time I come here it is something. This is my third time here and will be my last. First time I came I called my order in and they refused to assist me. I waited for 8 minutes to be assisted and nothing. Second time I came they messed my order up. This time I came I called my order in again and guy didn’t put into system. He only asked me did I want to place the order now. Not I apologize for not placing your order. One of these worst restaurants I have been to. Customer service is terrible. Food is average. I gave 2 stars purely for the food. DO NOT PLACE A PICK UP...

This new location for Los Mariachis is fantastic. Same good food that you would expect at their other locations in Morgantown. In fact I'm pretty sure the menus are the same across all locations. Pretty much all the burritos are fantastic, so if you're struggling with what to get I suggest looking there. The Burrito Durango is one of my favorites.

One thing to keep in mind is this location is set a bit back from the road so you may not notice it easily as you go up the hill. For those familiar with the area Los Mariachis is in the building that used...
