This shop is hires Garbage!! If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I walked in to pick up a bit of incense and perhaps a stone. Left on the point of tears!!!! Don't get me wrong, i do understand the policy that asks for bags to be left at the counter. However as a 35 year old young professional who has not only purchased something every visit, but often bought high priced items, I don't know how I could have deserved the dressing down I received from the "gentleman" employee for not wising to relinquish my purse to an open rack of bags within a crowded store. Case in point, if these people are unable to ensure their own inventory among their customers, what would possess me to trust them with my personal effects? Having said this, no innocent patron deserves the verbal nastiness I was subjected to!!!!! I won't be returning, and would go so far as to say, I'd prefer to open my own LLC rather than spend good money on such persons. Someone should illustrate, it's possible to treat your customers with respect. It would serve them right!!!! Cool Ridge is one of the OG hippie shops around Morgantown. While they do have a lot of smoke supplies, a good amount of their stock is also focused on incense, tarot, and other alternative items.
