Arthur’s Repair Shop — Local services in Morgantown

I'm not sure what they even do here anymore. Called to have repair (battery change) performed that is advertised on website. Told "no problem". Show up, guy says "....uh, we can't do that." I reply, "well, I called yesterday, and is says you do on your website....". Reply...Sorry, you should consider a new phone. Fast forward three weeks. Daughter's iPhone 6S needs new battery STAT as she is leaving town. Website says $30. After working overnight shift, stay awake until 11 am to drop off phone (Sat Nov 16th). Show up, SAME GUYS AS LAST TIME..."sorry, we can't do that...should probably consider a new phone"....FU. Guys across town @ CPR do repair in one hour. I've had six services done at MyRadio Network (four daughters). Before this, EXCELLENT service. I don't know if the business was sold or if this "gentleman" just doesn't want to work, but not being willing to do services advertised on your website is poor. Have recommended time and time again. Honestly a part of me is glad I broke my screen. Arthur’s is an amazing place that does amazing work very quick. I called around a few places before, but most wouldn’t be able to do it for a couple of days. I needed my phone so I could use it for schoolwork, so I took the trek down to Arthur’s. He took my phone right away, and within 20 minutes it was done and it looks phenomenal. I highly recommend this place above all others.
