As both an employee and a parent, I have a unique perspective on this place. My experience was far from positive, mainly due to the incredibly messy and unprofessional behavior of the staff. The assistant director, Ms. Rene, was particularly unprofessional, frequently disclosing private information about parents and students to Ms. Sonora, who then shared it with others, including myself. Overall both are very messy and will do or say anything to cover themselves under any circumstance.
The environment became even more uncomfortable when a transgender individual joined the team. I immediately expressed my discomfort with him having to potty the children. This person, like others, contributed to the gossip and unprofessionalism, often making inappropriate comments and talking amongst staff about the inappropriate relationships he/ she has with the parents.
While Trina was an exceptional teacher, and I was very pleased with the progress my child made under her care, I was so happy when my baby turned two and could move up. As many of the other employees lacked the right attitude and professionalism needed to work with children. Some even made terrible comments about the children and still retained their jobs, which was shocking.
Overall, the majority of the staff were two-faced and more focused on drama than professionalism. It's best to keep interactions strictly professional, as many of them are good at their jobs but far from genuine behind the scenes. They allow staff to interact with parents in unprofessional manners without any clear policies, leading to conflicts and more gossip.
If you choose to be involved here, be very careful with your personal information and expect a lot of messiness and drama. I’d also like to include I was not terminated from the job(so this is not an out of anger review of any sort). I Simply put in a two week notice due to being tired of the mistreatment and felt it was necessary for people to know cause I wish someone would...
Read moreI do want to first and foremost shed light on the daycares classroom staff because my son was happy at this daycare and his teacher Ms Senora was a blessing and made sure my son was treated well and gave him attention as well as the other kids in his class to make them feel comfortable. She took good care of my boy and kept me updated with his class actions and events, so I do thank her for this. As for the front staff, I’m not pleased with. Communication is key, and they lack communication here. I fully understand that being late holds other people up whether they are a mother father sister aunt brother or whatever the case may be, but some times you have to understand that things happen, this is life. My son was recently disenrolled because I was eight minutes late picking him up. A recent encounter I was over an hour and charged me over 200 dollars for being late picking him up and it was noted if I was late agin he would be disenrolled. I made sure he was picked up on time after that. He has been picked up on time for a month since then. Every time he has been late it has been for traffic reasons. From an accident to just being backed up and stuck in traffic. This is Morrisvile for Christ sakes, these roads get congested during the 4-6pm hour. I understand policy but I don’t like the way it was done, and the staff seems to like catching attitudes when you voice your opinion as if it doesn’t matter. My child was only at this daycare for a smooth 2 1/2 months. I just don’t feel as though their compassionate enough to the adults to understand that it matters when you kick a child out all of a sudden then we have to find another daycare and probably be on a waitlist. It really was just unacceptable actions and it really placed me in a bind...
Read moreOur Kid has been here more than year and continues to go. We carefully chose the center and actually experienced other centers for few days before we finalized MSCS. I must say they are very professional and caring towards the kids. Their communication towards the programs, changes and schedule is at par. Food provided to kids has variety and is hygienic. Best part of this is my Son comes home and says "Dad, I had a wonderful day today..." he has learnt all good things, specially giving respect to all, sharing, caring, etc. I would like to thank his first teacher Ms Gabby (early learner) and Ms Tya, Ms Lakshmi, Ms Parul (Early Pre-K).
SPECIAL THANKS and MENTION to Miss. Deanna (Early Pre-K & Pre-K1). Ms Deanna has been a great teacher and has really contributed a lot in grooming of my kid. She is very caring and has great skills towards imparting academic and behavioral aspects to all kids. We both Mom and Dad owe MSCS and all teachers a big...
