Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Morrow

I recently visited the Express Factory Outlet, and unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The store had very limited options for men, which was disappointing as I expected a better variety. To make matters worse, I was the only customer in the store during my visit, and despite being there for about 8 minutes, none of the staff acknowledged or greeted me. It felt like I was completely invisible.

The lack of customer service and minimal selection made the visit feel like a waste of time. I hope they improve their inventory and train staff to be more welcoming...

Went in the store 12/31/2018 at 5:30 PM the worst Experience ever I bought some items and I have my Receipt and the young lady would to not accept the the Return / Exchange saying I had to have the same card that I made the Purchase with I went on to explain that I don't have that card anymore she said I have to have a card link to the same account she didn't even offer me store credit it's not has if I didn't have a Receipt I was so embarrassed every one in the store was looking at me would not recommend any one to go here the Customer service...

I prefer the outlet in Southlake mall. If they don't have what I am looking for, I just go online and just go bananas'. I love Express. I just recently purchased a Tuxedo. Will post pictures when I get it....
