DO NOT EAT HERE!!! HAIR COOKED IN MY FOOD!!!! THEIR HEALTH INSPECTION SCORE IS A 84 LOW!!!! Disgusting unsanitary food preparation!!! I purchase fried crabs from this location in my crabs had hair cooked inside of the batter. I contacted Christina who I have a great rapport with since I am a very loyal, frequent customer. I know all of the staff on a first name basis. We laugh and joke daily. I have never called the scene I have never been ghetto. I have never conducted myself in any ill manner. When I attempted to return my food, she did not want to give me a full refund because she said I ate some of the food. Mind you I only ate one crab and I had to drive all the way from my home back to this location. I advised her that I was not satisfied with that resolution, and that I am a loyal customer who has spent $100 at this facility and I come and shop there very often every other day if not every day. They rather lose a loyal customer who has never complained!!!!! instead of taking accountability for their mistake. She then told me it’s not their fault that the Hair is in the food. I told her ma’am I came here with a bonnet on my head, and I returned here with a bonnet on my head. There is no way to get hair to stick to inside and under the batter of the fried food, unless it was already cooked with it. I told her it was an insult that she would not give me back my full refund of my money especially for the inconvenience and me being a loyal customer, who has never complained for all of the years that I have gone here. I was willing to let this go as long as they did the right thing. I am a business owner myself, and I am not into bashing peoples business. I understand people make a mistakes, however not taking accountability for your mistake and implying otherwise is very unacceptable and unprofessional. This is probably the best buffet that I've ever eaten ate. The food is fresh, there was a great variety, as well as great service. Our waitress, Evonne, never let the plates sit on our table for more than maybe a minute and a half. I was surprised to see the 8 hot bars, two desert areas, Hibachi Grill, Sushi area, and an area where they held ice creams cups. I definitely like the ice cream concept because you don't have to worry about waiting in a long line for someone to use the machine and make a mess. They also have popsicles. The establishment is very clean and although the outside doesn't look as nice the inside is very clean and simple styled. They have beautiful chandeliers above the buffets. And plenty of seating on both sides of the restaurant. You don't pay for the buffet until afterwards, when you're getting ready to leave. The lunch and dinner menu pretty much is the same, the only thing that I noticed was not available were the Blue Crabs. I saw the blue crabs pictures on people reviews but I think they made up for that with having plenty of seafood including salmon, crawfish, shrimp, and other seafood like octopus. The salad bar is the only thing i noticed that is lacking. They could definitely step it up but it definitely has the basics.
I've eaten at many buffets including in Las Vegas and this is definitely my favorite. The variety was definitely amazing and I was surprised to see so many different types of food that crosses so many different cultures and that variety of techniques used to cook the food making it easy for people with different dietary issues to partake. And seaoning, I've never been to a buffet the seasons their veggies. Is the the best food I've ever had...of course not but it is the best I've had for this style of buffet and the amount of money. I got more than my monies worth and enjoyed every bite.

Read moreOur experience was terrible! I went in with my husband and 3 children. I was unable to eat my food because I got sick. I then asked for a to-go container in which the waitress that barely spoke English and she didn't understand me. She told me she would check with her mgr if I could do that being I ate 2 bites of my food. She came back and said they would charge me for a to-go plate which is 5.99/lb, which I had no problem with. She takes my plate don't know what she's doing with my plate. She came back to say they couldn't do that and would charge me for the buffet. She threw my plate away without even giving me the opportunity to pay for it. I was charge full price even though I ate one bite. I asked for a refund or let me get my to-go box. They told me no, got the manager and then pulls up the cameras to watch the table me and family were at just to see if I had eaten or not. I am a well known music artist in Atlanta and they wanted to try and basically embarrass me by pulling up my tabs on the cameras to see if I had eaten. I will not be going back and will make sure everyone knows what happened and call the health dept because they had bugs and the bathrooms were filthy.
