Ive done in the tens of thousands of dollars in business here only to end my relationship with this jeweler on a not so happy note.

My husband and I have purchased 2 rolex watches, his wedding ring, diamond bracelet, necklaces, charms, chains, right hand ring, and the list goes on. We have invested A-LOT over the last 5 years.

My most recent purchase was a 3ct right hand ring, for which I paid $3300 which has been back to the store for repairs 3 times since I bought it for diamonds falling out.

I wanted to exchange the ring for something different because of the defective craftsmanship, and the fact that it was in for repairs more in the first 30 days of ownership that it was on my hand.

I decided to take it for a second opinion. I found out it was "factory made", and that the gold used was not of the highest quality, thus making the ring somewhat weak, which is why the stones are falling according to another master jeweler.

The owner was agreeable to exchange it however because I financed the ring from synchrony (their in house same as cash financing company) they want to only give me 2800.00 credit to use. ?? What? thats over 500.00 in losses to me.

The last and final disturbing note: They were willing to give me larger discounts when I purchased that piece, now that I want to exchange it for a better quality piece, they dont want to give me as much of a discount. Everything I try to purchase requires more money to them.

My fiancé presented me with an engagement ring that I initially liked but I didn't love. So, I asked my fiancé would he be terribly offended if he and I designed the engagement ring together and of course, he said no. Then he referred me to Rodeo Jewelers. From the moment I stepped in the store, everyone was willing to listen and give advice needed to help me find the perfect engagement ring. I showed Shenul one picture of what I wanted and immediately she gave me a price, color, cut, clarity and carat of the diamond and also made suggestions on the band setting. At the end of the day, I was completely surprised. Even though I helped design the engagement ring, I was so surprised it turned out way more beautiful than I could have ever expected. The center stone is 2 carats and the side stones have to be at least .5 carats. I was set on a 3 carat but that wasn't quite in the budget. I arrived 5 minutes before opening, was the first customer here, need a battery watch on 2 of my Invictas watches, Reserves. Guy said it would be 20 minutes. I came back in 35 minutes, watches still not ready. 2 customers walk in of his same nationality, he stops working on my watches, leaving them open. There were 3 other sales persons that could have helped them. I stood and watched for another 15 minutes so now it's been 50 minutes waiting on my watches. By the time I left 3 people had been working on my watches so now I'm nervous because they are $800 a peice watches and I'm a watch collector who love his watches. The service here is really bad and they only cater to their own kind. I should have just made the trip to Lenox Mall to the Invicta store. DO NOT ADVERTISE REPAIR AND SALE IF YOU ONLY SPECIALIZE IN SALES. As I stand here and wait on my watches, it's now been a hour and a half just to change 2 batteries in 2 watches.
