I can't speak on the atmosphere because it was at the mall. However The manager doing that The manager doing that shift was rude and a young lady was a new at The register is she really didn't know what was going on. When? We asked her a question. She looked clueless and when we asked what was grilled she said she wasn't sure and when we asked the manager he said the chicken but you. All are confusing me because it said chill and grill but you don't really have anything on the menu. That's grilled or what the manager was trying to imply. He didn't know his self and when I mentioned that I was gonna report. Him too corporate. He was like he really didn't care so I don't know what type of management skills. Ya a teacher your managers and you all shall have a little bit more variety when it comes to grill food considering you saying grill and chill you. Have a lot of desserts but nothing really on the menu that contemplate Grill Except for the chicken from what he said so I was confused. Stopped by Dairy Queen while out shopping and decided to try the chicken tender basket because I saw good reviews about it , and wow, it did not disappoint! The tenders were crispy, juicy, and so flavorful. Fries and toast were a perfect combo too.
