I am no one. I love the food. It's a sweet reminder... When I was way younger I worked inside a clothing store in a mall. I met a restaurant owner... A mandarin restaurant owner. She was looking for formal dress shoes. She was attending a formal function. She was so pickyđ”đbut adorable & funny! We must have tried about 20 pairs of shoesđ”đ± We finally found the perfect pair for her tiny feetđso we go to the register & she says I don't have a coupon. I gave her the store discountđshe was a kindred spiritđrare...always... So the final price for the shoes was $7.00đyup did something wrong at that registerđđFast forward a few days later... I go on my lunch break & I am walking around the food court looking for something to eat. I hear someone yelling... "Hey you, you, you come here"! It was her! The shoe lady! She welcomed me into her restaurant! She happily asked me to try her food! There were many things I tried. She gave me lemon pepper chicken, honey chicken, sesame chicken, bourbon chicken, teriyaki chicken, and more. I had never had veggies cooked the way they were preparedđbefore. I am tall & slim. She insisted that I eat at her restaurant whenever I was at work. I did. I loved it!! Everyday that I worked I ate at her restaurant. She loved for me to stop by. She piled my plate high each and every time! She said I needed to gain weightđđđit will never happenđI stopped working there but I continued to eat at her restaurant until that mall closed. I miss her spirit. Love comes in many forms and I enjoyed her and the loved she showed this unloved little girl insideđShe helped me heal some parts of me. Guess whatđ€we never exchanged names... I think of her often... I hope her family knows how lucky they are to have her in their livesđThis restaurant makes food that tastes just like hers! Especially the bourbon chickenđđđđThank you so much for the meal! I will be back! I was so happy that we arrived first thing this morning! Baby was ok that the rice wasn't ready yet! You were open! It was dee-lightful! Blessings & Joy to the chef! Thank you for reading my review! Thank you for your time! Enjoy your...
Read moreThe food is good sometimes and other times the rice taste spoil and not fresh maybe from the day before. The plates are small and they donât give you a lot of food for the price. Plus they donât accommodate people with food allergies unless they charge you extra. I wanted a three items plate, with fried rice, one meat, and shrimp on the side which was for my son. He didnât want a whole meal, he just wanted the shrimp and because I canât eat shrimp I asked for it on the side. She told me sheâll have to charge me extra to use a small container, so I asked them to place a paper food cover over my food and put the shrimp on top of the paper and she said no. This was the manager there who wasnât helpful and she has an attitude. That showed me this place has no customer service skills all they want is your money. You all need to start accommodating people with food allergies, you all need to stop selling old rice, and learn some customer service skills. If it wasnât for your customers you all wouldnât...
Read moreI use to like this place, but this time my food tasted like it was put in the refrigerator and reheated. It did not taste freshly cooked. I also had a sprite that tasted watered down. I usually donât go back to the establishment and ask for a refund but I was so disappointed so I asked for a refund. The lady asked me âwhy?â with an attitude and I said âI really do not like the way my food tasteâ she then asks me did I eat it and looked at my full plate and then tells me âI need to try it before I purchase it next timeâ. Remind you I already ate here many times before. I politely told her âit wonât be a next timeâ. She then throws my plate and cup away while...
