Came here tonight for a particular pair of shoes that I didn't want to wait to be shipped to me. I checked the hours before coming to the mall so that I wouldn't be wasting my time or gas and the listed closing time was 7pm. I got to the mall a few minutes after 6 knowing I would be in and out. Went to one other store before coming here and by the time I got here (at 630) they had already had the gate down. My initial assumption was that they were limiting the number of people coming in and out by using the gate since it's such a small store so I waited outside of it. When some customers came out and the gate was let back down I asked the worker if they were actually limiting people or if they were closed early she gave me the most awful "stank eye" as if I was interrupting her from her sweeping duties and just nodded her head. She didn't say a word to me. If the hours aren't the same as what's posted online there should definitely be something written and posted on the store window/gate. In addition to making the hours known, your employees need a refresher course in giving good customer service. Went to this location as it's closest to me and it was terrible. Nine staff members sitting around, looking lost and confused. The manager was terrible, took one look at my box and saw it came from online and said she couldn't return them. I said that online it says any location and she pretended to look and due to the brand not being one she carries in store she said she couldn't return the shoe. Aka she's too lazy and/or incompetent to return to the warehouse. Terrible service, ghetto all around. Can't comprehend how any of them still have a job. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE...

The young lady that answered the phone took all the information about the shoe and then again asked me about the size. She said let me check. She returned to the phone and said yes we have “some”. I told her, ok great I am on my way. I get there about 15 minutes later, she said oh all we have is a 7.5 or 8.5. I then told her I just called and you all said that you had the shoe in that size and she’s just said oh yeah no apology or nothing. A waste of my time.
