This place)))) The management is so far from professional!!The manager chase my son Through the mall for his book bag that was purchased 4 days before visiting the store on this day ,,, Because he is BLACK”” she accused him of stealing the backpack;;luckily I was in the mall with him on this day ... Than she started to question him about the things he had in his backpack that wasn’t purchased from her store::asking him for receipts for his items that I purchased for him on this day,,, I just can’t believe things like this is happening.., This was a very racist situation because I feel if it was some little white children it wouldn’t of happened... when I finally got faced to face with her she was with one of the security officers of the mall ..she was Speechless with nothing to say but sorry she didn’t know he bought the backpack 4 days ago off my credit card ,, I told her she that I believe that is not company policy even it was a situation like she Assumed .She should never chase someone out the store and Through the mall at that . That is Harassment and anything could happen!!and that’s what the security is there for.. It so heart breaking that my son had to experience this and Embarrassing . I will be looking farther into this because I’m going to make sure that it doesn’t...

Ive been coming to this Spencers for years and my experience has always been pleasant. Ive never had a problem with customer service and I always find the items i need. I normally just come here for nose rings but every now and again i may buy me an animated tshirt which they always have a sale on. Thanks staff for being so pleasant everytime i visit.
