Journey's End Games — Local services in Moscow

update I cannot stress about how much journeys end fulfils my orders on a timely manner, I usually place orders Sunday evenings and they get picked, packed, and shipped Monday. I usually have my package delivered on Thursdays, that being said, I created about a dozen orders now. Everyone says "supports local businesses" well journeys end is by far not local to me, however I buy more things here than my local game store. I love the online buying system, it's very easy to understand, and very professional. Thank you again everyone. (I also leave a tip at checkout)

I heard about Journeys and Games online and decided to check out their website, I ended up creating 2 different orders and had them shipped down here to Utah. Unfortunately on my first order, by my own mistake, I accidentally clicked pick up in Pennsylvania where they were having a big convention. About a week after I ordered my first order, I got an email from Wesley, asking if I had clicked pick up intentionally, I had not. Fortunately Wesley noticed my 2 orders and reached out to me very professionally and everything was resolved. I just got my order today, both orders were packaged well and neatly organized. Their website is extremely user friendly in looking for items, it shows how many items are in stock, what condition they are in, and shows what is out of stock. I am greatly impressed with everything on the online side of their store. I wish I lived closer to visit in person, maybe one day. Thank you Wesley and your great team. Very dissatisfied. I walked into the store trying to sell some Pokémon cards, but the person who handles that was out of town. I left my name and number with the cards at the shop and in the bag that I brought them in, and never heard back from them until I had to call them myself. I was told all of a sudden that they are not buying Pokémon cards for the time being. It was extremely frustrating to know that I left more than $100 worth of cards at the shop, for them to not call back and take any action. Never trusting this shop again, nor will I be buying/selling from here again either. very...

Excellent selection, staff and very fair pricing. The team made life easier by taking in my bulk, sorting them and pricing them in a fair manner. I didn’t lift a finger to sort myself. 100% trust worthy group. The store credits work wonders so you can get what you really want. They have an extensive inventory of MTG cards both sealed and NM. Website is also friendly and don’t forget to sign up for the promos. They shipped my orders promptly and safely packed everything. Overall great shop! Wish they were local!...
