I am redoing most of a house I just purchased and this included some flooring needs. The house being located in Soap Lake I searched Moses going to Lowe's, Home Depot, and Cost Less Carpet for my flooring. What brought me to Cost Less Carpet for my final select was that they checked all my needs. I purchased laminate vinyl plank flooring and tile both of great quality and price. I mostly worked with Alex Monje, but all the staff is equally friendly and helpful. Alex patiently showed me their impressive inventory on several occasions as I was having trouble deciding. He offered helpful suggestions on current trends and allowed me as many samples as I wanted for as long as I wanted. When it was finally time to make my selection Alex showed that not only is their customer service and selection impressive, but so are their prices. At first the customer service was great. After bought our material and wanted more, the customer service went down the gutter!! Promises were not fulfilled and after we were told that they could order us more (after we already bought all that they had) they wouldnt return calls or check other stores, after they promised to do so. Alex showed us rhe laminate flooring and we found one we liked right off. He showed us similar laminates but wasn't surprised when we chose the first one we looked at. Helpful and friendly staff goes a long way. We actually looked elsewhere but went back so Alex could get us the floor we needed! I have more floors to replace and intend to go back to Cost Less Carpet and hopefully get the same good...
