I went there and I finance a bed then I how to contact them to tell them that the bed they sent me was not the right one so I kept making my payments I finally got an email back the third month that I owned it I had already paid it off in full by the third month the bed was $1,400 they gave me an in-store credit of $700 to take the bed back and get another one the one that I originally purchased so I go back to the store and I told him I didn't want the one that I originally purchased I decided that I wanted a Stearns & Foster so I had to put I think around $1,600 more with it this was Cash not financed by this point so then I got the bed loved it has a 10 year warranty the box springs crushed and eventually warped the mattress so I call the warranty number they sent me a letter with a $1,700 in store credit now I'm already $3,000 into a bed so I go to the store the mattress that I had was no longer being made and on top of that if it had been being made I didn't have enough in-store credit to purchase it so they wanted me to put more money with it to get another bed well I wasn't shelling out any more money so I had to take a cheaper grade bed ended up being a seally so so they bring the bed they set it up hard as a rock never ordered a firm bed never wanted a firm bed told them I wanted the softest bed that they have I have five blown disc in my lower back 3 in my neck I have severe spinal stenosis I have spinal cord damage nerve damage I have a rod in my left femur 3 plates an 18 screws and my forearm and I write a review on here about my experiences and I emailed customer service finally they got back to me and they agreed to give me Stearns & Foster bed and I would not have to Shell out any more money so they brought me the new bed and set it up it is hard as a rock it's been about 4 months I have slept in it maybe three nights I sleep in the recliner in the living room I cannot sleep in the bed don't want it never ever ask them for a firm bed my old bed was like laying on a cloud now to top it all off they called me the other day and asked me to take down the negative review LMFAO how can they just send me originally the first bed they sent me whatever they wanted that's how I ended up with the wrong bed originally and then this time I even told them I wanted the softest bed that they had and they sent me a brick how can they do that okay I'm done ranting Once again screwed by this place $15,000+ in a bed I can't sleep in DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS...

My box spring had broken within the first 2 years called the store it was purchased from they told me they couldn't find me in the system there was nothing they could do about it. So I dealt with it a few more years and contacted them online because my mattress started to indent, they exchanged my box springs and they're not the same. These ones sit very low, and due to me having 2 back surgeries it is harder for me to get up from the bed now. Also with the mattress they no longer sell that brand so I have to go through the mattress company. When you purchase from them they don't tell you things like this they just want you to buy...
