Acapulco Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Moundsville

I was told that this is one of the best Mexican restaurants here well if this is your best y'all need to shut it down y'all don't know what Mexican is and you need to go to Taco Bell I asked for cheese dip we were bought out little tiny saucer bowls of cheese dip and I asked if it was spicy and they told me no not spicy just cheese dip it was spicy not real spicy but it had a spicy kick we had children.Not to mention each of these three bowls cost me 7 99 a piece ridiculous a large bowl which is a normal size restaurant small soup bowl 1299 again ridiculous this was a family dinner that quickly was just ridiculous service was bad the food was awful the bill was almost $200 and 40 on it on cheese dip for the chips.I had a tamale that I ordered I couldn't even cut it with a knife and they put ground beef on top of it what the hell y'all should let the Mexicans do the cooking, they really can cook!!!!! They don't just open a can they do know how to cook!!!! and the red sauce oh my God I thought I was going to puke that up before the night was over.My son ordered a T-bone with shrimp I think he probably had the best meal and it was 1799 compared to the cheese dip that was 1299 and a burrito at 2199 oh my God I think there's some serious pricing issues in this restaurant or some serious overcharging their customers all I wanted was out of the place...

If I could give a 0 star I would. We tried eating here today, after our waiter took our order, he came back once only because I flagged him down. They didn't bring out most of what we needed for our meals. We asked for the items a 2nd time, and were ignored after that. I told a different waitress of the missing items and issue, she just said "ok" and walked off. Still no one returned or brought our items. The manager was walking around watching the whole time, but not doing anything to help the staff. The girl finally came back to drop off a box, but didn't say a word. Then we waited EVEN MORE before the original waiter showed up with the missing items in to go boxes for us, at that point it had been about 45 minutes of waiting, all our other food was cold, so why would we want it? They removed our meals, we paid for our drinks and dips and were offered no apologies. They were not busy enough that they should have blatantly ignored us and repeatedly fail to bring the missing items. So if you want to be ignored by the entire staff and not get to eat your meal, I guarantee they can...

The food was ok. It's definitely different from the last time we were here. We were here as a birthday dinner for 2 of our kids and the bill was over a hundred dollars which wouldnt have been bad if the food was a little better. We usually go to Osaka and the bill is around the same but you get dinner a show and they always give a desert. We ordered the queso and each bowl which was tiny like finger bowls were over 3 dollars each and then after our dinner was done instead of the fried icecream like they used to give with a birthday they brought out two paper towels with whipped cream and smashed it in the birthday peoples faces. I didn't like it because the whipped cream went up one if my kids nose and almost went in the others eye. We will not be going here again. I think we will stick to Osaka for birthdays. It's around the same price for a much better meal. BTW for over a hundred dollars we got chicken strips and fries, nachos, cheese...
