Subway — Restaurant in Moundsville

Let me start by saying I have worked in a Subway. I understand the job very well. I had an order of 5 foot long subs. Only one was made correctly. One sub was a BLT that instead of the requested honey mustard had sweet onion sauce on it. One was a spicy Italian and two were BMTs. After cutting the bread and putting the salami on it they tell me they are out of pepperoni. They did not want to reduce the cost of the sandwiches. When I asked about substituting the missing meat with extra salami I was told they would have to charge me extra. I should have left then and there but since the subs were partially made I had them finish making them. The girl prepping the bread interrupted the girl topping the subs repeatedly. One sub had the correct toppings. The management needs to take a seriously look at restaffing with competent people that understand they are getting paid to do a job and do it correctly. They did a great job and enforced the current COVID policies and were friendly and professional. The sandwich was delicious and well made, however I have a couple of criticisms:

I placed my order over the app, but it didn't warn me there that the store I selected wasn't honouring the two sandwiches for $5 each deal and I only found out when I went to pick up my order (assuming the checkout total on the app would be automatically corrected).

I always order my sandwich toasted, so it can hold together better and I don't think mine were as they were very soft and falling apart a bit. I also didn't get extra pickles, but that's understandable because the ingredients list was fairly long and they were pretty busy.

Overall, good experience, but I'll be much more leery of deals coming through the app in the future and I'll have to make sure I put special instructions in the comments line, if I...

Havent ate out in months so we decided to grab a sub and Ordered online thought it would be quicker. Was wrong. When my husband went in to get our food after waiting 10 min passed the time that it should have been ready and it was still not done plus they would not let him in without a mask.. They did not have enough of wheat so had to substitute for another kind of bread. It was doughy as if it was not baked long enough. They had put extra veggies that were not supposed to be on 2 of the sandwiches my kids refused to eat them so I wasted not only my time but money.
