Mini Mart — Local services in Mount Dora

I will drive out of my way to avoid this place. I use to come here pretty often since I use to live close by. Seemed like a nice family run store and it was great. However the lady that would often run the store began coming out into the parking lot and telling me I couldn’t park in the parking lot and I had to leave. Even after purchasing something inside. I couldn’t believe it , it was weird. So I stopped going to her store. However I visited the pizza shop next door often, to which then the same lady started coming over to the pizza shop and saying I can’t park there either while I’m eating! She claimed the parking lot was all hers and her stores parking . So I stopped going anywhere near here altogether. Fast forward about 6 months and the pizza shop owner asked me why I stopped coming. I explained everything and he told me she didn’t own anything and that the parking was for customers of either place. The food prices aren't very good, but this seems normal for a convenience store. They accept EBT (food stamps) and many forms of plastic (all except American Express).

They have great prices on beer and seem to be the only place I can find the best cheap cigarette brand I have smoked (Native). This and the EBT keeps me coming back...

I love this place and not only that I love the people that own this place they are very nice and very sweet very friendly! the best people ever run this store been going here...
