If you show up during or shortly before one of Mount Dora's regularly scheduled events, then yeah, the lot is likely to be full. Otherwise, have (almost) never had trouble finding a space in this lot, even on weekends. The Truist Bank parking lot just down the street (which is free to park in during hours when the bank is closed) seems to fill up faster, apparently people don't want to walk that extra two blocks?
