We loved this boardwalk! It's quite lengthy and very well kept. The trees and views are spectacular. We saw some ducks, various birds, turtles, and even a snake basking underneath (be careful on the trails). The trails did have lots of dead ends but it's still a very nice walk through the shaded paths. Don't miss out on this boardwalk especially since it's close to the lighthouse and other park.

Was nice place pretty busy , you may fish from the walkway bridge just no cast netting which was fine with me I do not cast net , boat ramp near by , lots wildlife, picnic areas with public grills , shelter houses, beautiful scenery, LIGHTHOUSE NEAR BY ! NO SMOKING ANYWHERE AT PARK .

What a beautiful family walk. Gorgeous wood walkway that feels safe and fun. Around a mile out you can walk. There are spots that are covered with benches that you can enjoy watching the birds dive for fish and potentially see other wildlife like turtles, otters and alligators.

Surprised at how much wildlife we were able to see from the boardwalk. Gorgeous place for an evening stroll. Closes at sunset. We didn’t venture off the boardwalk but there are trails… just looked a little too close to some of the gators for our comfort. 🤔😉

I gave it a 3 due to limited parking. It was late and there were plenty empty “boat trailer” spots so we parked there because regular parking was full and ended up getting a $25 fine.

Love how relaxing it is with the wooded paths. The boardwalk over the water is pleasant to catch wildlife. Great place to fish, catch some peace, visit with friends or have a picnic.
