Extremely poor, horrible service (basically nonexistent). Order placed 11/29/2024. Two weeks after there was no status available when checking online portal. Used chat, took an hour just to finally make contact with a human. They said order will be processed and ship the next day. One week later still no status. Start another chat and after 40 minutes of being on hold and pressing the response that "yes" I'm still here, chat abruptly ended. Few days later another chat, another hour of holding and was told order would be pushed through. Also called because I had zero confidence in the chat, another hour on hold, was told they don't know why it hasn't been processed and it will be pushed through to warehouse. Another week, still no status, send email, no respense. Dec. 30th, 2024 and still no status. Start another chat, hold for 40 minutes, agent comes online and finally says she sees where I have been following up on order, but there has been no progress on order and she is contacting her supervisor, while holding for response, after 1.5 hours chat abruptly ended. Another hour on hold to finally be told order was never placed and that I must call and place the order again and that call wait time is not so long. I call while still in the chat, wait time at least 1 hour. I tell chat this and ask if there is a more efficient way to replace an order. I expressed my frustration that 2 weeks ago I was informed the order was being pushed through, and now I must spend more hours to place the same order. Chat then says they will push order to warehouse and I should receive an email (I was told the same thing weeks ago, so I am certain I will never see the order). Every day since the order was placed, we get a minimum 6 to 8 emails a day from Duluth advertising sales (do you really think I will ever order from you again knowing you don't deliver?) Read moreThis place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I place an order on 8/8/2025. The order was not processed and shipped until late in the day of 8/11/2025. That is only part of it was shipped. It seems that when you order from Duluth Trading, they try to fill your order from all over the country. Nothing arrives together nor on time either. I ordered six items. Two were shipped through the post office, which by the way arrived with in a few days from Atlanta area. They both came from the same store in two different packages! Way to go Duluth! The other four items were shipped on FedEx from where, I have no idea!!! They claim an order is shipped, but all they have done is create a tracking number. When it finally did ship, the delivery date was for 8/16/2025. Well folks this is 8/19/2025 and still the order is not here. When I contacted Duluth, I was given a story so full of fertilizer, it would make grass grow tall and green! I was then told that they had to give the shipping partner(???????) enough time to ship it. I could have driven across country and back in the time they have had to ship it. They then said that I would have to wait until 8/256/2025 before they would look in to it. They don't bother to tell you any of this when you place an order. The only thing they seem to be able to do with no trouble, is hit your credit card.What is even better, is I paid around twelve bucks for this shipping nightmare. Duluth is long on excuses and very short on delivery. I speak from experience, as this is the second time I have had this same experience with them in a months time. Read moreReturned a shirt a month ago, no credit, no shirt, no check. As soon as I received my Duluth Trading shipment I tried all the items I purchased and all fit very well except for a large flannel shirt that was too small at the chest and too long at the sleeves. I could order an XL but I was worried the sleeves will be even longer.
So I place the beautifully colored shirt on the bag and walked to the UPS store to return it.
After that, I keep checking my VISA debit card for any credit for Duluth but nothing was posted.
About 2 weeks after my return I called Duluth and they said they wrote a check and mail it to me on February 28. I waited a week and called again.
This time I ask the company to send me the XL flannel or give me a credit since I don't trust the postal service. They declined. I asked to speak to a manager and the C.S. lady put me in hold only to say that the check ”was in the mail” and if I did not receive it I had to wait 30 DAYS to issue another check.
At this time I was hysterical. -You mean I did not get the first check and you are going to send another?- I said. Yep, she responded with an attitude. Unwilling to solve the issue.
It is March 14 and my expectations to get my money back are starting to fade. Mail does not take 14 days from Wisconsin where Duluth is to Chicago where I am.
So I decided to write this review so people don't make the same mistake I did. Do not trust Duluth with your returns. You may never see your money again.
My next move will be to file a complaint with BBB. All for less than...
